    Hotel is very old and needs renovation. Dirty room. dirty bathroom. We stayed here for one day after reaching Delhi in very early morning and we had so tired and had no option to seek a good hotel. Bathroom & ROOM - very old and needs renovation. Price - Overpriced. Food - Too much overpriced. The do not have in house restaurant and hotel boy arrange food from our side. We paid aorund 470/- for 2 place Rice, Yellow dal and 2 egg fry. Many good hotel near by. Will definitely not stay here again. Note - They charged service charge around 120/- per day. Dont know why. We paid Rs. 2400/- for a room from 6AM to 12 PM next day noon. During check out they compelled to pay another 240/- for service charge. No bills were provided. Very bad and frustrating.... More

    Avoid like the plague

    Short version: avoid! Not worth the aggravation and lies. Long version: Booked via Booking.com. Tried to email hotel directly about free taxi from airport but no reply. Got our own taxi from airport and arrived at 3am. Hotel is up a side alley so taxi drivers don't know where it is. Hotel was closed. Had to call and bang on door for 10 minutes before 3 staff woke up from sleeping in the reception area. They denied all knowledge of the booking. Had to show them proof of booking and payment details. They then said that they gave our room away. We booked our room from the day before we arrived, specifically to avoid this situation. We were then shown rooms in three different hotels - presumably owned by the same lying, dishonest people. Each room was worse than the last. We are 2 female travellers. Imagine at 3am in a foreign country, luggage, jetlag etc to be told there's no room available at the hotel you booked with. We eventually chose a dingy room from the third hotel but couldn't wait to leave. Snow White Dx is a scam. It is a dump. They will deny your booking and then refuse to give you your room, even if you provide them with proof.... More

    You will get better hotels for cheaper price. Manager behaved rudely. Toilets were not clean. Bed sheets stained. Towels were smelling. Forces us to check out 4 hours before check out time. Never coming back here. ... More

    We made a reservation to this hotel, with pick up and breakfast included, finally they pretend us to pay both because in the reservation's print those informations miss! we have payed too much for A REALLY BAD SERVICE.     "ALL THAT GLITTERS IS NOT GOLD" Room is good but the service is very poor...no drinking water provided by the hotel..no soaps and hot water for bath, no proper flush in the toilets.. Billing is also bad..they did not inform about 20% taxes while entering..they just add in the bill while checking out.... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
