    Best Hotel for Family, Couples & Friends

    This is one of the best hotel in Manali for staying as a family or Couples. I have stayed in the month of June 2017 from 21th -26th. The following 8 points are my experiences will clear tell you why the snow bird is the best hotel to stay in Manali 1.LOCATION- Snow bird hotel is nearer to Mall road and it’s just 10 mins walk from the hotel. Near the hotel, you will get all the other things which you want that means there are lot of small shops near to the hotel and also they two ATM’s which is 2 minutes walkable distance. Exactly opposite to hotel there is one Bike rental shop is also available so if you want a ride in a bike you can take bike for one day rental. Near to hotel there is Bakery, Grocery shop, Small restaurant for Momo, Cool drinks shop what else…everything you will get near to snow bird hotel 2.ROOMS-The rooms are very spacious and clean. Especially the washroom is neat and very good condition. You will get 24 hours hot water (its free because some hotels in Manali are charging Rs.250 per day for using heater). Rooms has good tables, chairs and dressing boards and this all makes you comfortable in the room. 3.BALCONY: One of the best things in the snow bird hotel is Balcony view. It’s an amazing view from the balcony . The mountain view from your room especially in the morning it will make you so relax. Taking Morning tea and evening snacks from the balcony is the best thing to stay in the hotel. 4.ROOM SERVICE: This is one of the best room service hotel in Manali. You don’t need to tell each time what you need to the hotel people. The understand your request and within 10 minutes it will be available in your room. Starting from Morning tea, Breakfast (yes the deliver BF, lunch and dinner to your room, if you need), hot water in the jug etc.. etc.,. Every day they clean your room and bathroom properly. They have telecom and calling number 9 they will provide room services at your convenient and fast. 5.Wi-Fi CONNECTION -Its very fast Wi-Fi connection for 24/7 and its easy to connect. You can connect your phone, tab and laptop all in same time and its work fast. 6.QUALITY OF FOOD: They have all kinds of food and its very tasty. In the menu card, they have varieties of food and when you eat the food its gives you homely taste. After your order, you will get within 10 minutes and you can eat in your room or in their restaurant. Compare to other hotel the price also comfortable and if you are in package then BF & dinner will be in the package. The best thing they provide good quality of tea 7.LIFT SERVICE -You have 24 x 7 lift service available and inside the life you have AC and fan. It’s not like an ordinary lift and even the quality of lift is also very good. 8.HOTEL PEOPLE SERVICE: Everyone in the hotel so kind and pleasant and they answer your queries properly. Especially at the reception they are warm and always smiling face which give you comfortable and the room serve boys are very quick and fast, whatever you order the food they deliver it into your room with properly packed. For all these reason, you must stay in the Snow bird hotel My only suggestion to the snow bird hotel is they should accept card payment also many tourists don’t carry lot of money with them.     "Best Family hotel in Manali"

    Hey i just booked this hotel for 5th june to 7th june to enjoy my vacations along with my family and glad to had this hotel and its services for my memories. Views from this hotel was very good it covers all the hills of the valley and location of hotel is just 1 KM from Mall road so that we can approached the mall road and near market easily on season time when traffic jammed all the wheels. Rooms of this hotel is neat and clean and staff is very active to fix any kind of issues. Overall i must say this hotel is one of the fantastic hotel for family trip at @Manali......Thanks to Hotel Manager, and staff to give us the best memories.... More

    I booked this hotel through an agent from Delhi. They showed good photos and videos of hotel which are completely fake. Real picture was different when we arrived there. Hotel is totally filthy. If you stay there for 5 minutes then you will get sick. You will feel trapped when you reach at this kind of place with all fake promises your agent made while booking. Totally bad experience. Me and my friend we both came on family vacation and it was tough to find another good hotel in season but some how we managed to get by throwing some money out of our budget. Best advice do not go through any agent.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
