    Stayed here for 3 nights with my girl friend. The hotel is road side located, it's impossible to sleep beyond 06:00 am. İt gets very noisy around it. The Internet connection drives you mad its very poor and the rooms are nothing special. The only one good thing here is how caring and friendly the staff are. They really make you feel welcomed....     The Best Value For Money Restaurant In Munnar!

    It is a small restaurant with decent views of the mountains and is right on the main entrance road is Munnar. The best thing about this restaurant is the food prices and the quality of the food! It is so pocket friendly and the food tastes great. I went in to have dinner and was so satisfied that i returned the next day morning to have nice south indian breakfast. I recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Munnar..If you want value for money food, this is definitely the place.... More

    Decent rooms for affordable price with Great Service

    I stayed with my family in the end of April 2017 in this hotel. We got a very neat and clean room with basic amenities including good hot water. The staff were very friendly and caring. Special thanks to Mr.Sastry for completely taking care of our room readiness and flexibility. Housekeeping was also excellent. Hotel is in the main road to Munnar Town and has a departmental store near by. I also arranged cab from Aluva and back to Ernakulam including local sightseeing with the contact (Sastry) given by Hotel. The cab driver and cab were excellent and very friendly.   4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
