    All you know that kullu is a very beautiful & nyc place for tour. There are many places to rome arround with you family members with ur father mother etc. The bijali mahadev temple The bijli mahadev temple is also a good place to rome arround. Many people came there every day.. There are also many fairs & festival celebrated here.. The most popular DUSHERA is celebrated now days here.. People from all around the world & allover our contry also came here to watch this festival here.... More

    Worst stay experience in Hotel Sitara Manali Rooms were filthy, stinking with foul smell it was not up to the mark...We were living in a store like room it’s smelly and in very bad condition. Bathroom was so filthy and dirty like public toilet....they don’t wash that after every check out. Even they guys don’t use liquid soap in public place like dining hall... breakfast was below average they have aloo Parantha with curd which was sour. There is not a single switch or equipment which was in a perfect or working condition all were broken taps were leaking...Kindly look into this matter and at least make your staff to work as per service industry at least maintain hygiene and cleanliness in your hotel as you guys can’t spend in renovating your hotel so atleast maintain cleanliness.... More

  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.

  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
