    Really terrible hotel

    I stayed in this hotel in the July 2016 with my family. This is a very poor hotel with extremely unresponsive staff. Mr. Digvijay at reception was not ready to hear anything if this booking is done through Oyo. Oyo repeatedly saying that they can't do anything if we have nay issues and we should talk at reception. Means, no one to hear the concerns. Some rules at this hotel: Visitors can come to your room only for 30 minutes. They are fine if visitors wait at the tiny lobby but they can not come to your room, even when they are with kids. They count kids above 3 years of age as full adult (not like other hotels where kids above 5 are counted as adults) The flush in bathroom did not work and i called the reception to send the plumber. He came and repaired. After 2nd use, it again did not work. Plumber came again and taught me how to use the old fashioned flush (basically jugaad). Please be sure to remove cockroaches from the beds before using the beds. Room service is extremely poor with the staff looking at you almost in anger. I have visited and rated several hotels across 3 countries in tripadvisor, but 1st time, I am giving this rating to any hotel. I will never visit this hotel again and will not recommend this hotel to anyone.... More

    It is a good hotel with good price. Stayed one night for 500/- with complementary breakfast. So value for money from OYO Rooms. Hotel has nice clean rooms and decent amenities. One good thing is little inside the road it doesn't have road side noise. So you can have very descent sleep here.... More

    We stayed here for 2 night and used this as a transit hotel for roaming around in Jaipur and Pushakar Ji ... cosy rooms and well laid out.. toilet was neat & clean.. hot water available everytime.. prompt service of the hotel staff... I don't remember the name of the manager.. but he was very courteous and even got us pakodas, samosas etc..!! Good hotel for a transit..!!... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
