    If you need toilet roll, the reception tells you that you can go buy your own, even at 10pm at night.There is no hot water at the hotel and often no water at all. The night staff reception is very rude. If this hotel is your only option, don’t even bother visiting the beautiful city of Delhi because they will spoil your holiday.... More

    I was suddenly told to pack my bags and go to New Delhi to attend a Seminar. Since I had a fabulous experience of staying at Hotel Singh Empire Deluxe earlier, I called the Reception at Telephone No-91-11-47999999 and was greeted by the Duty Manager. I gave him my arrival details and requested him to book a room for me. Finally I reached there around 4 pm. Bingo my room was waiting for me. I was offered a fresh welcome drink. I was so astonished the Hotel in a new look. The outside appearance did not speak of its exquisite comforts inside. Wow, new elevator, a new face-lift of lobby, face-lift of room interiors, added toileteries, new linen and comfortable bed. I thanked myself for taking a right decision. A hectic day had tired my nerves. I ordered some refreshments. Soon I was high on dreams taking a small nap.It seemed I was so AT HOME. Got up in the evening and went to Cannaught Place for some window shopping.Everything was available next door. I was so comfortable. A good sleep after a day's hard work removes all worries .     Lots of negative to point out with our stay at the hotel: - No hot water. - Dirty room (Day 2 the bed seemed to be used when we got back from sightseeing - it was blood on the bed sheet and long black hair in our bed!) - Really noisy internally at the hotel (The hotel staff phone was ringing all night, lots of noise when preparing the food, and the rooms were not soundproof at all). - No window.   3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
