    Although the hotel is central to the city, that’s all the positives I can give. We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights before our tour of India in December. The hotel entrance was very scruffy which didn’t give us much hope for the rest of the hotel when we arrived, however we chose to not ‘judge a book by its cover’ and proceeded to check in. The lobby area was under construction and there was at least 2 inches of dust settled in the floor around the stair area. The room was shabby and didn’t look like any of the pictures online. When we opened the door there was a strong smell of BO upon entering and also noticed the bed sheets also smelt “unclean”. We were a couple and was given a room with three single beds. There was no safe in the room. There was chunks out of the wall, and generally just unclean and not maintained very well. The bathroom was disgusting. The “shower” was literally a bucket and a jug and a tap in the wall. It’s 2020 and we had to use a jug to get showered with!!! Breakfast .... I wouldn’t advise even going down for it. The room where breakfast was served from must have been been pumping air from the local sewer, it stank that bad I had to sit with my nose in my jacket so I couldn’t breathe it in. The cups were not clean and the food was not great. We didn’t eat the breakfast on the first mornings due to us checking in in the early hours, but we didn’t miss much clearly.     Pros: Close to NDLS train station. There are some good eateries near to this hotel. Cons: Dont get attracted by the photos in web site. The room was not that good as in the photos. Bathroom was really bad. Water leakage all the time. There is hot water in the bathrom but not enough hot to take a bath. Breakfast was average only but they provide live omelet which was good ....     Stayed here for one night as a stopover in New Delhi. All the staff were extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough for you, especially Moniece (apologies if name is spelt incorrect). The rooms were very clean and spacious and bed was comfy. Checked in quite late however luckily the hotel restaurant stays open until midnight so just got our order in at 11:45 and had one of the best curries of my life cooked by a friendly bloke who brought the food up to our room before he was about to have his two days off work. The price was very fair. Would recommend and would stay here again if I ever find myself returning to Delhi.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.

  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
