    We had booked Hotel Siverine for 3 nights. I must say that our stay was very pleasant. Very friendly staff and delicious food(Specially breakfast). It is very near to mall road that you can walk to mall road anytime. We booked Deluxe room which was very specious and clean. 24 hours hot water in bathroom. Very police staff and quick service. I really enjoyed my stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. I specially want to thank Sunil Darhel(Assistant Manager) who personally assured that our stay was pleasant.     Location was nice though a little away from the mall. We've chosen the so-called 'Executive Room', with two big windows the room was quite spacious, TV was working smoothly, in the washroom running hot water was always there. Room service was prompt. In the restaurant ambience was congenial, buffet breakfast was sumptuous, along with Indian food, continental option was very much available over there. And yet what outscores all these factors is the overall homely warmth we feel when we were there. We feel so welcomed. I think, it's primarily for their staffs. The staffs and their behaviours - be it when they were offering the hot coffee in the early morning to us as the unexpected early guests, or helping us with personal care in the restaurant to get the specific food items or arrange the right kind of person as the porter at the time of leaving, they were always there. And special mention should be made about Mr. Sunil Darhel, the polite gentleman who was always proactive in taking special care to serve all the guests in every way possible.     We took 3 rooms for two nights ..they serve good food only problem with this hotel is it’s location is very steap even Young people can’t walk down the road to reach the hotel or to come out from their ..if it’s old person then no question of walking ...every time we wanted to come out from the hotel we have hired a cab for which we have paid 150 per trip which is so annoying ...otherwise all fine and the hotel manager Mr. Akshay was very helpful and guiding us ....     decent place to stay - close to Mall - warm & friendly

    good comfortable hotel. decent rooms for the price you are paying. don't expect luxury but all the basics are in place. decent cleanliness, very good food and best of all extremely friendly and warm staff. only challenge with the place is the rather steep approach road to the hotel which is very narrow - just enough for 1 car. so if you are not an expert driver it may be difficult. not recommended for seniors and people with walking issues....     Best Part is - very close to the Mall Road

    From High court Shimla, road is very narrow towards Hotel. But they have parking. And then for reaching Mall you have to come via same road which is very steep and can be difficult for Aged people. Rest Food is tasty whether Dinner or Breakfast, it's Yum Yum. Rooms are bigger but bit older. Price of 6245 INR is not worth. Very simple room but with a good view of Shimla. All over a nice stay. Few issues like there service boys are not available post 9:30PM.... More

Overview

Situated near High Court area and the shopping district of the Mall, this 3 Star hotel of convenience sports contemporary interiors. It has 22 valley facing, luxurious rooms that are maintained with 24 hrs room service. A roof-top cafe is there to serve multi-cuisine fare to its patrons. Business guests are facilitated with a banquet hall. There is bonfire organised for the recreation of the guests, and one can also avail the facilities provided by the gym.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
