    The good is that rooms were clean and nice. Hotel staff at day 1 was good to us. Next day when I asked them if they could arrange a car wash. They were like yes we will do it and kept me waiting for an hour and half, still car wasn't done and then they come and say it is not possible now; we have other work to do. Then I had early check out which was preinformed since the breakfast was complimentary still understanding their side we didn't demand breakfast as kitchen was closed so we just asked for tea that too at 7:00am in morning to which the person sleeping on reception first denied and then after bit of forceful talks from the other reception boy he gave us tea with utter disgust on his face. The fittings in bathroom weren't right the flush was broken and leaking from the pee bowl. Batteries weren't their in remotes(a.c.,Tv, setbox all working on 2 pairs of batteries between all remotes) also tv wasn't working on the last day of my stay. The staff was sleeping in manager office or reception area with their blankets and mattresses laid on floor which we found bit unprofessional. It doesn't feel like treebo standards then. Reception guy Rohit was still cool and composed in talking with us or sorting things out but their main owner or manager was very rude. This is all for amount we paid on weekend which was 4x the normal day rates. Amount didn't matter once if the service and all was good atleast.... More

    The location of the property is good.. But with the services offered and the quality of the room.. it's worth something between 1000/- to 2000/-. The breakfast is below average and toiletries and vanity kit is negligible.. in room restaurant/food service isn't that great.. But you definitely expect much more from a room that charges 6000/-...     I booked this hotel on 28th morning while leaving for Mahabaleshwar. Overall I like treebo brand, they don't claim to be 5 star hotel but are excellent in what they do with reasonable pricing. They are very neat. I have stayed with them before. I paid around 2.6k per room for 2 nights 2 rooms so total little over 10k. Money was worth it. I actually forgot to add number of adults while booking the rooms. I was told that they will put reasonable charges which they did during the check out. I paid around 1800 extra for 3 additional adults for two nights ( we were total 5 adults and 2 children). I celebrated my daughter's birthday there, they got me cake and also arranged reception area a bit for us to cut the cake. Food delivery is little slow but they already told me this is how long it will take. You can actually give order and tell them the time when to deliver and they will do so. I guess they are actually not a restaurant so food veriety is limited. Location is quite strategic, in between Panchgani and Mahabaleshwar and mapro garden is on a walking distance. They have ample parking opposite to road. I also got my car cleaned by paying reasonable money. Since pricing of hotel is not constant now a days, this is a good hotel for under 3000 in Mahabaleshwar. You should look for other places if pricing goes beyond that. ... More

    I visited Mahableshwar with family and reached our Booked hotel Treebo Silver Crest in evening. We were warmly welcomed by Mr Indrajit Patil & Mr. Lohit. Both were very kind. The staff has been helpful, courteous, great service and all with a smile. Rooms are good, food is good, cleanliness, it is good experience to stay. My family wants to thank everyone at hotel staff for such a great service rendered to us.we like to specially thank Mr. Lohit who was really outstanding with great service to us and always helping us with tour guidance, our needs were well looked after by Mr. Lohit.   5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
