    Well furnished, but located in a Mall!!!

    The room I stayed in was well furnished, and the staff were helpful. But there was a slight delay with regarding the check-in as the receptionist wasn't sure about my booking. Furthermore, the Hotel is in a Mall, which is not the best place for a hotel to be located in.... More

    Hotel silver plaza is located in the big apartment complex among offices, shops, and other hotels. Situated on the main road, the hotel is on the second floor of the complex.  Basic facilities in hotel rooms: Double bed, LCD, A/C, Intercom, Single wardrobe. Hotel facilities: 1. Check out time: 10 am  2. Complimentary breakfast: 1 tea and 1 toast per head (anything extra is charged as per hotel charges) 3. Room Service: If arrive at night, annoyed staff looks at you like criminals.  4. Reception: Impatient and Impolite person at desk.  5. Intercoms: Only calls to reception, no inter room call service 6. Free Wi-Fi facility in rooms 7. Compact room sizes. 8. ID proof: mandatory for all travellers to give. 9. Meals: Only breakfast with limited options. Lunch and Dinner orders are managed from restaurants outside. 10. Lift: From parking basement to & fro the hotel. 11. Staff service: No one to help you with your luggage from ground floor to the hotel neither from lower basement. No help or service to carry luggage to the basement parking lot. Staff don't take actions watching customers carrying their own heavy luggage. Conclusion: No suitable comfort and Not recommended for family on a trip, but okay for an overnight stay.... More

    This hotel is just meant for staying not more then 1 night. Cannot stay more then that. Its a hotel in an empty Devnandan Mall near Elisbridge. There is no restaurant or breakfast room but if you order something they will make it for you from their kitchen. Rooms are ok with amenities like A/c and TV. Bathroom was ok. Not more then 2 person can stay in room. Price is also cheap and thus ok for staying 1 night.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
