    An average hotel in a good location

    I stayed in this hotel for two nights. In the first night I stayed on the first floor. The rooms are very average. Bath room is small. Front office staff are ok. But in the send night I stayed in the 5th floor. The rooms in this floor are big and the bath room is also ok. Rooms are clean. security staff is helpful. Bar is very costly. I travelled in a package arranged by a travels, they arranged dinner and breakfast for us. The break fast was good. But in the dinner has only very limited choice. The restaurant staff are arrogant, they act like they are giving something free to me. Balance overall is good. If you pay Rs.70 for auto they will drop you near shopping centre called Janakpuri District Centre. You can buy goods and liquor from here.... More

    Stayed for an overnight. We had 5 rooms on the 6th floor. Neat clean and spacious rooms and washrooms. Comfortable bed. Good n quick service from the staff. Worth staying. Food was good too. Only problem was - no hot water for a shower. Hope they will take care of it.... More

    I visited this hotel for a family stay in October 2016... The rooms are neat and clean..comfortable beds and the stff is also polite and courteous.. The restraunt is also good and in room dining is also speedy and prompt.. Chek in is also speedy and so is their service... Location is also good.. Must try!!!... More

    Stayed here in March 2017, we were attending a wedding reception here. Stayed for 3 nights. We were not happy with the level of cleanliness at the hotel. Everything just seemed to be dusty and dark. The first room we were allocated was absolutely awful, we complained and were moved. It took ages for them to allocate a 2nd room to us and we lost about 4hours squabbling with reception over a disagreement about the rooms. We were hoping to catch up on sleep in this time but we couldn't! On the positive side, the staff were all fantastic, Shweta who had just joined was very customer-focused, I was impressed with her. All the staff that we encountered were very good. Water is available in your room, bottles are replaced everyday. The staff in the restaurant were very accommodating, we asked for some milk to take to our room as not everyone had had breakfast and they wanted to eat cereal in the room later on when they woke up, this was no trouble for them. Breakfast is plentiful. The management need to step-up the cleaning, then this place will be FAB!!... More

Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
