    Small but neat n tidy hotel. Near bus stand & Mall Road 10mnts walk. Polite & co-operative staff. One warning : Don’t take service from tour operators that has tie up with hotel people. Below mentioned are details of him Name : Neeraj Sharma He is only good at talking. Can’t trust his words. Many bad experiences of him. Based on his words that he will help me getting Rohtang pass permit n booked cab from shimla to Manali. He knew that he can’t get me permit then also promised me n gave me tour. I had to arrange Rohtang from Manali with some local cab driver. He changed his words. Even the car he gave had worst tyres. We wasted approx 3 hrs on d way to change tyres. While doing final payments, he even try to forge down payments done and said you have not paid that much amount. Started giving me police n local goons dhamki. Pls be aware of him.     Let me comment on the best thing and that is the food in this hotel. They don’t have a restaurant, but they serve food from their own kitchen in the rooms. Be it a cup of tea or Paneer Butter Masala or a non-veg item, one would love the food. Then comes the hospitality in the hotel. Starting from reception to the housekeeping and room service guys, you will find everyone prompt, polite and passionate to serve you. Things that you wouldn’t like, the location of the hotel inside a narrow market, no parking facility and at a good height from the main road. Rooms are not that big and few of the fixtures in the room not properly maintained. The property is not that great in comparison to the price they charge.     We started this year by staying in this hotel for two days, it was really good experience. Hotel is not very big and room can be occupied by 3 people comfortably. We need to walk a uphill for about 800 mts from old bus station which is steep enough, we had called in and asked someone to come to carry bags for which hotel obliged. We had gone for 8 days trip and this hotel gave has the best service. Waiters and room boys were helpful in all requests and they fulfilled all our needs. If people are not too concerned about room and bathroom size i would suggest to book this hotel,after all at the end service is the most important aspect.... More

    The hotel was good but its is located at very congested place and not easy to access if you have luggage (Still you will get local coolly to carry your luggage as the hotel is at very height and the vehicle cannot go there). Location and view from room was awesome, staff was good, food was nice. the bathroom was quite small... More

    Worst value for money

    We took a maharaja room in this hotel and was the worst money spent. There is no point in taking a good room in this hotel. The location - although shows close to Mall road - is quite far. Mall road is easily a 10-15 min steep hike from this hotel. Plus the approach road is in a bazaar and very narrow and dirty. For the first 5-6 hours in the morning, there was some "pooja" going on in a nearby temple (right opposite the hotel) and we could take rest or sleep as they were playing music in loud voice throughout the day. Even the next day, we woke up at 5 in the morning with the sound of monkeys jumping on the roof. It felt like there was a cardboard roof because the noise was so loud. The room didn't even have a ceiling fan. Just a table fan mounted on the wall which was so loud we preferred to sleep in hot weather than using the fan. The hotel reception staff was also not welcoming or hospitable. Any problems we told them, they said they cannot do anything about it. In short, don't waste your money on this hotel.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
