    Nice rooms, good location

    I'm not sure I understand why they got such poor ratings. We just stayed there two nights ago and the rooms were very nice; clean, modern, terrific mattress, window view, nice, new bathroom. What else do you want? You can walk out the door , make a right and walk right up to the ridge.... More

    Rude and Uncivilised manager

    The manager is from Mars. He started behaving like a mad, arrogant and uncivilised person. Don't know how he has been appointed as front office manager. Not polite at all. Use abusive language. Even rooms are pathetic. 5 out of 6 lights were fused. Very small rooms. Door locks broken. Worst nightmare of my life. Please don't stay with family....... More

    If you are a light sleeper... stay away from Mahamaya

    Booked through OYO and I think they have blocked the ones with road facing rooms which have balcony. The side-effect of this which they must have overseen is the horrendous sound of vehicles that goes on overnight. For obvious reasons there is no AC which means that there is no sealing off the windows or doors. This is the reason and ear-plugs is the only solution. Also, the geyser was broke and since I had to leave early morning, there was no one to help me get hot water at that hour. Overall, a bad experience. It was a mistake booking this hotel.... More

    Noisy hotel in ok location

    We booked this room through OYO, we are not quite sure how this company operates, seems as though they let out rooms in affiliated hotels? The room was decorated fairly nice but could have used a deep clean, and the bed sheets were a bit dirty and both towels had holes in. The hotel is on a busy road so road noise is inevitable. There is a quite nice view though. Our main negative issue with the hotel was the noise coming from hotel staff. There seemed to be an awful lot of employees doing very little, except shouting along the echoing hallways and stairwells to one another, from early morning until late at night. The staff were helpful when approached but we were surprised at their lack of quiet and consideration for the guests at the hotel. Breakfasts was included which was generous and nice. We ate at the hotel one night and the food was good. Location is okay, short walk from tourist lift to main mall road.... More

    Worst service and room quality

    Room quality is too bad. Wardrobe is very dirty. U cant even put ur clothes inside it. Beds are like stone, me and my wife get bodyache due to that. Service is more worse than that. In the very first day i asked for hot water, in my duration of stay they didnt provide it. Next day i ordered for tea and hot water, and the mix salt in it. And when i asked for manager to come to my room to chat regarding the issue. But manager is not there in hotel. Suggesting all of u, please never book this hotel.... More

  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
