    The hotel rooms was nice and clean with hot water etc perfectly maintained. Its good value for money hotel. Breakfast was really good. Hotel location is approx 10 min walk from Karol Bagh metro station and also bus stop. So easy for commutation.... More

    Just purely awful. The whole place stunk. The sign outside had several letters missing so I knew already that it would be unkempt. Dirty sheets - slept on my scarf and travel pillow. Dirty bathroom. Food was awful. Staff were really rude. Needed to ask questions but didn't bother as I knew how unfriendly they were. I'm sure there are much better hotels. Don't waste your time....     I went to this hotel to sleep for my flight next morning. However as I tried to sleep, My AC started making a lot of noise. I called the manager and he told that it is due to water from the above AC and that they had not installed pipes for water disposal. The water tripping on the AC made a huge sound and one cannot sleep in it. The manager said he cannot do anything about it. I just did not sleep the whole night and my money went waste... More

    The AC is too noisy. If you can sleep with a lot of noise from the AC, then only think of going for reserving this hotel. Moreover the hotel staff shows that you are the only one who noticed this problem and don't do anything about it. Even the kind of people this hotel gets is not good for family. The people are all drunk who stay in this hotel.... More

Overview

Located close to the Karolbagh Metro, this 4Star hotel is maintained with 21 guestrooms, across its three floors. Indian, Chinese and Mughal specialties are on offer at the Siam Restaurant, which is open for diners 24hours. A 400sq feet conference hall is also available with conference facilities. There is also a business center with Internet access, which comes at an extra cost. Guests can also avail the beauty services provided by the hotel.   1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
