    The rooms look nothing like the photos on Booking.com It was one of the worst hotels I stayed in in India, if not the worst. Also, it is located on the street popular with pickpockets. There are much better places to stay for the same price in Paharganj. Stay away!... More

    This hotel was just disgusting and ridiculous, most of the things on the information on the site (Agoda.com) is totally false and full of lies. There's was no towels, no landline, no ventilation, room was just full of dirt, falling of plasters and much more than that. Theses pictures are a proof of it, when i tried to complain about my horrible experience, the company didn't responded well enough even in reply they were writing that I haven't checked in to that hotel. Is what we are paying for?? Even a slums are well cleaned compare to this thing, seriously such a shame on agoda company, these people are fooling the people with fake information and services... I'm planning to go consumer forum against this, these type of things can't be ignored so easily...... More

    Please don't book any room here. The most horrible hotel ever. They will first talk with you nicely and promise booking with lowest price. But when you reach there, they will provide you the smallest room. When you complain about this, they will take advantage and ask you for extra money for big room. Its their planning. We have witnessed similar case there. There are many other complains such as: 1. They do not even bother to clean rooms. 2. They charge double cost for everything even for a bottle of water. 3. They are rude and over smart. 4. Anyone can spy on the bathrooms. It is visible to others. Not safe for your sisters and mother. 5. Bathrooms are worst (looks like germany after World War 2) 6. Water facility is horrible. 7. Toilets looks like Ganges River. 8. They talk to you like a dog and don't even consider your requests. 9. There's no hot water in the bathroom. 10. They ask you to change you room for others to stay. 11. They always argue. 12. Surrounding is a universal garbage area. People think of it as their waste bin. 13. They always call and disturb people for nothing which screws your tour and happiness. 14. However they are good in one thing at least : "I DON'T CARE". 15. I stop the list there because it hurts too much my fingers and they don't even desserve it.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
