    Guys there are very few people on this place who are more quarrelsome than the manager of this hotel. Initially when we had not come to the hotel the manager seemed to be very polite on the phone and agreed to all changes we requested. When we went there they gave us a store room kind of room with paint coming out , spider webs in the room, ac vibrating throughout the night, commode shaking when you sit on it. And would you believe it the manager shouting and quarreling as these points are irrelevant for a budget hotel as this is not a luxury hotel. Guys you would find better options than this hotel in the same budget. The only good thing was their room service fellow an old man.... More

    In October 2015, I had been here for 10 days. As I was here with friends for research phrpose, our staying was on sharing base. As soon as I reached at Shubh Laxmi, a very next hour I requested to the manager to allote me a personal room. And within 10 minutes only he managed to do so. He alloted me room no. 108 and it had been my favourite room. I am thankful to the manager for such a prompt adjustment. The charges of the rooms are also fair and favourable. All the staff members are cooperative and genfle and they are always ready to help the customer. Breakfast is also delicious and variant. Loundry service is also managed by the hotel.   5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
