    Stay here for economical reason not for comfort.

    I had a long stay in this place for medical reason. We spend 14 nights over here. The only reason to stay here is an availability of north indian food. Hotel is an average in all aspect, Rooms-Restaurents-Amenities. The Only Appreciable thing - it is near to Central and Egmore Railway Station. Rooms are clean only once. If you wish to clean everyday, you need to chase service boy for that. Washrooms are medium sized and supply of water 24 hours. Drinking water is supplied separately as per demand. Room service is not prompt and there are TIP greedy chaps. Restaurent is in hotel premises but rate wise little upper side. Meals can be taken as A-La Carte portion is too less. Rates are also revised effective 1st June'2017. Serving time is 20-30 minutes. It is better for economical reason and rooms can be found starting at 400/- only. Negotiate first if you are walking guest. We prefer blocking room prior to our arrival. If you visit Chennai for tourism, not prefer to stay here. Overall Rating (3.5/5).... More

    Budget hotel for staying

    Staff were fine, but no more than an average hotel. Maybe because of the price they are offering. In the morning at 7 am cleaner coming and knocking the door while you want to stay on the bed without any disturbance. Bath/toilet is somehow good to do your work. 21" CRT TV with troubled satellite channels! Transport and hotels are a bit more than average as this is a hospital city. We get unfairly charged by them. No option- either Live or Leave!... More

    This hotel is located rather close to the station. Might be a tough walk if you have luggage given Chennai's weather and traffic, but auto should take you at a minimum price. There are a few other hotels in the same area, and I would expect them to be similar in terms of price range and quality. The NON-AC room looked reasonably clean and I would be have satisfied otherwise, but the case of bed bugs was a big turn off. I had small boils on my forehead after a few hours on the bed. Not painful, but spoke of the lack of standards at this place. Maybe I should have put more money upfront from a better hotel. Also the receptionist likely cheated me into booking a double room, when I actually needed only a single. I had specifically confirmed on the phone about the availability, but upon arrival I am told that only a double is available. That speaks of lack of professionalism. If you are unaware, you'll get no service at most hotels at such a price range. So that shouldn't surprise you. You've basically got a room and are on your own. You won't get any towels, toiletries, blanket, hot water or anything else. All in all if you can spend more, please do and stay away from this place!... More

    I stay for 2 Night but, found very first day that bath room is not up to date for taking bath. shower was not working. Towel provided was short (for kids) and not able to use by my son. No other Towel was given even after demanding it. We want to check out at morning and wanted to have a Breakfast but, not available at 8 am too. Restaurant was not opened till 8 am. what is the use of having restaurant in HOTEL? If you want to stay near Railway and having low budget then USE it else find some one better.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
