    Ho cambiato tre camere perché c'era sempre qualcosa che si rompeva. Al check out volevano farmi pagare l'equivalente di altre tre notti dicendomi che erano i costi delle tasse! Ladri !     Some pleasant surprises

    We arrived here early in the morning after a 22 hour flight so tired. They gave us the room right away- which we weren't expecting and really appreciated. The lobby was completely falling apart because it was under renovations, which scared me at first, but once in the hotel the rooms were decent and fairly clean, and staff was friendly. Vishnu helped get us all situated. We stayed 2 nights, air conditioner worked and room was basic and small but perfectly comfortable. Anyone looking for a simple and affordable place to stay this is a good option. Be careful, because if you check in early they also expect you to check out early which they didn't warn us about. However, even with the mix up, Vishnu was super kind and accommodating and waived the extra fee for us which we appreciated. Overall a pleasant stay. ... More

    Bad behaviour from the manger.. charged more than quoted... Asked for taxi to airport drop.. he spoke just meaningless.. very very bad experience.. think 100 times before u book... Even toilet flush was not working... There are many guest-houses beside this one... U can go there without booking.. they r cleaner than this one... More

    Everything about the place is bad. When we entered the room, we found that the sheets all were stained and dirty. When I asked them to change them, I was told that they do not have any sheets available. The service was bad and the person in the reception would not accept card payment. We had to talk to him for almost an hour to accept the payment in card. (though the machine was working perfectly fine). The food was good but the roof top restaurant was not clean. I would not recommend the hotel to any travellers who don't want to be treated by the unruly staff and manager. We could even hear them abusing each other almost all the time. A big Zero for service and lack of cordial attitude.... More

    We arrived late at night and we could tell the man at reception was not expecting us, the rooms were awful, no electricity to charge our phones, no towels, the sheets were not clean, I was woken during the night by the putrid smell of garbage burning. there was nothing good about this place, I complained to Booking.com and was told I should have read the reviews as they were not good!... Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
