    Not even a single positive point about this hotel. AC wasn't working properly and leaking water causing a pond getting created in our room. Bathrooms weren't getting locked properly. Food is overpriced. Room cleanliness were also average... More

    I travelled wd my husband in october 2014 during dussehra. The manager was prompt in getting things done for us but there are other points to be noted. Only interior of the floors z nice, roooms Average spaced sized, but unclean, filthy bedsheets, dirtu and smelling ac comforters, ac needs to be repaired, landline not working. Washrooms unclean, bath tub is horrible, even the housekeeping staff dsnt know abt the problems in the shower. No toilet rolls, damn. Wifi works only at ground floor, no connection on first floor, staff dsnt listen n dnt respond. Poor management, untrained staff, soiled bed sheets, bad mattresses. Even asingle water bottle needs to be asked for 3 times after going down personally. Overall a bad stay, only the food was good but chicken was too hard. Mr. Manager kindly work on all this things else u wil be in problem.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
