    Terrible food, the oil used is very old, None of the rooms has windows. You will suffocate to death. Chapathi, rice and dal is the only thing available.Pls do not opt for this one and lose your valuable money.I was fooled by the owner saying that it is a converted 3 star hotel. A big LOL.... More

    If I could rate it ZERO i would have felt better! Hardly any room service! Worst food! Tv doesnt play. Water runs away pretty often and you have to complain to get water back. Bathrooms are filthy. DONT GO TO THIS HOTEL! NO ROOMS have adequate ventilation. They will charge you for complementary Breakfast if you are not careful!... More

    I would say that it's a decent budget hotel. Food served in room was at very reasonable rate and their service was also prompt. We asked for late checkout and hotel manager was fine with that too. They cleaned the room on our checkout day too.. I agree that rooms are small with no ventilation but they are clean. Moreover, it was AC room so it was not a concern. Its good stay if your purpose is business or official.... More

    Terrible Experience at Sri Krishna Palace backed by even worse service

    Double room booked for two nights for visitors who had come down to attend to business matters. They were given a pigeon hole with a single bed to sleep on - the AC didnt work and there was no ventilation. To make matters worse, the manager on duty said that this was the only room they would offer for the price negotioated with Cleartip and asked us to contact customer care. Absolutely rude and arrogant. No drinking water offered. It was only the next day did we take the matter up with Cleartrip customer service that the owner of the hotel got involved and changed the room.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
