    Comfortable Stay and Great Staff.

    We were looking for a convenient location to visit an Embassy for visa purpose and also a Hotel that we could afford and we found Shreyans Inn very appropriate. Located in Safadarjung Enclave we found the Hotel very convenient. We were very impressed by the staff of the Inn - from Security Guard to the Manager. Special thanks to Mr. Harash Gupta who was very nice and helpful . Strongly recommend to those who are looking for Budget Hotel in that location.... More

    One event spoiled a decent review !!

    What works - The location is in Safdarjung which is near the main city areas.. the rooms and toilets were reasonably neat and clean.. the linen was clean.. the food was good..the breakfast was only veg but decent.. there is parking at the hotel.. the price offered was good.. What does not work -- the staff were not truthful and hence this average rating.. the first day there was hot water in the toilet... the second day when i was rushing to get ready to catch a flight there was no hot water.. I called the reception and he made excuses that I was the only one complaining and many others were getting hot water in their room ..I asked him to send a bucket of hot water so that I could bathe.. he sent a man with a bucket of cold water.. the man who brought the bucket insisted that the water was hot.. I then shouted at the person at the reception and asked him to send some hot water.. he sent a drinking water jar of hot water.. giving up i had a bath somehow with cold water.. when I went down to check out there was a lady who too complained that they had three room and none was getting hot water.. this is when the person at the reception agreed that their hot water system had broken down.. Such kind of lies from the hospitality industry makes one vary of such places... Try other propertied near by like the Ikhaya hotel / Baljeet lodge / Iris Park hotel etc..... More

    Location is good on service road of main road in Safdarjung Enclave address is B-2/5, Safdarjung Enclave, Africa Avenue Marg, New Delhi Now due to recent changes of rules and ceiling by govt , ground floor is now become haphazard , no sitting area and reception area moved to behind , totally disappointing and hotel loose his charm No kitchen Now in hotel and small items available in hotel and Hotel is Pure Veg Roof top arrangements now gone Basement -1 is now used for breakfast, breakfast is basic buffet ,few fruit cuts , breads and 1-2 items like idli?sandwich ,poha with tea coffee is there.need improvement with more variety and include live kitchen too 1 Page Menu card shows few combos thali and few ALA Carte Combo food is Totally mess and misnomer, donot order rajma-chawal,Kari-chawal as they will mix the rains with chawal and rajma quantity is only 10% as compared to chawal and you will not eat properly So kindly avoid these (rate is 299 Rs + taxes) makes all fool Food rate as in menu is high , Thali @500 and 600 Better to order online and they will deliver to you Hotel will provide plates on request Staff behaviour , room service and room Service are good and bed are comfortable , have tv,fridge and basic in house eatables which is chargeable but good in case of emergency or need.     I stayed in this hotel a couple of days back for one night. Plus points: close to airport, easy to locate on a heavy trafic road, basic toiletaries provided Minus points: Room is very small so that you can not move freely without touching things, bath room just enough, complimentary break fast served in the basement is just basic, no regular restaurant, the room smells and one gets sick feeling if stayed for long.   2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
