    I have stayed both on the 2nd floor and 8th floor rooms which are better than other floor rooms. These rooms have recently been renovated and are much comfortable and clean. This hotel is run by the owner/staff so please don't expect too much professionalism from them but if you are looking for short stay near Howrah Railway Station then this is a good choice. Although some may feel that direct reservations with hotel is expensive rather than web bookings, you are right ! Hotel usually doesn't have cancellation refund policy, so please plan accordingly.     Highly unprofessional staff at front desk

    Me and my mom stayed from 09th sep to 12th sep. Front desk people are very very rude. All rooms have one extra bed attached inside bed. 1st day we were 3 people stayed in room so they charged us for 3. From second day we din't asked for extra bed or anything as only 2 people stayed and 1 left. But at time of billing they charged for 3 people stating that we din't informed them. On telling we din't took extra bed they said extra bed is attached in bed and you might have used it (PLS NOTE WE DIN'T EVEN ASKED FOR BED SHEET OR QUILT). When we argued little there reply was '' Bill nikal chukaa hai... Now u have to pay....... More

    Though it was under renovation,they provided rooms we wanted. But quality of interior is very average, Geysers dont work properly. Too much in interior and no sunlight. Bar is too costly. No parking place. Plus point is..very near Howrah rly station.... More

    Stayed for one day. Counter staff was very rude, Bathroom was in terrible condition, rooms not clean. It took 40-45 mins for your food both times. Wifi only available in lobby. Only pro is railway station is at walkable distance.... More

  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
