    Located at the heart of Pahar Ganj just 10 minutes away from New Delhi station. Rooms are neat and tidy. Bathrooms are good. Reception and room service are nice and warm. But the delay after placing an order for lunch or dinner is 45 to 60 minutes, which is quite long at food craving times of the day. During checkout, they help getting an auto rickshaw at no extra price. Loved this hotel.... More

    Booked room for four during visit to aahar 2016 food exhibition in delhi.... I stayed there for 3 nights in ac deluxe family room.. The room was decent if nt great with comfy 2 double beds, aircon, water Heater n a 20 incher tv The staff is co-operative... Mr amit n sagar.. The managers r also very helpful people.... The location is in pahadganj... The nearest metro station is ramkrishna ashram marg which is at walking distance... Overall its a good hotel for business ppl who want a cheap place to stay near new delhi Go for it ... More

    Simply worst!!! the room was dirty,bed sheet was soiled.The bed room was full with smell of toilet.staffs were rude...the stairs are straight ..................good for nothing.u will get lot of other hotel near this location even in cheaper rate.....pathetic....... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
