last Month i was Booked my One Room in New Block room Balcony nice valley facing room. and food quality also good staff also very help full. parking facility also good.

Well the room given to us was spacious, bed was comfortable. The bathroom was bit small, but we'll maintained and hygienic. We had asked for extra blanket, they provided it, the room service was nice, hotel staff and manager was also good. It will feel like homestay, but the negative side was that the hotel was in remote area as it is situated in village, in very steep slope, very few know about this hotel so we had faced problems in reaching this hotel, next was the quality of food given in hotel was good but the price was too much, I mean one cup of tea 40/-, its so high amount. The room we got had a balcony, so we had enjoyed the morning and sunset view from balcony. During checking out everyone must properly check the bill made by manager as he had charged 200/- rupees more for the food we had eaten, at first we didn't realized, complimentary car transfer was somewhat OK type, as two times they had said their driver is not available.

As name hotel gives the view of Shimla.rooms are good.staff is good but slow.service is not good .food quality very good.location of hotel is not Good.parking facility is available.wi fi was not available.i stay there for two nights on 17 and 18 may 2017
Fraud Fraud Fraud. Pathetic hotel... Must be name dharamshala.. Ruined my vacation...

I had booked two rooms in HOTEL SHIMLA VIEW for 3 days(20th till 23rd May 2016). On multiple discussions with the hotel staff prior to the booking It was confirmed that the hotel is very near to main highway and rooms are of 10'*17' in size. We reached hotel by 1:00 pm on 20th and the rooms were not ready. Rooms were of 10'*10' in size with almirahs that were not having doors on them. I tried to cancel the booking and did everything to convince the hotel manager and goibibo customer care executive to help me but nobody bothered. At last we checked in by 3:30 since we had already spent 18.5k on the booking but was shocked to see that there was no water in bathroom and electricity was also not there. At last we decided to change the hotel and were forced to book another hotel by spending extra. My over all experience with HOTEL SHIMLA VIEW and GOIBIBO was pathetic. Would seek for some solution if possible.
Is it compulsory to rate minimum 1* ???

The Worst hotel i have ever seen, Broken doors, dirty walls, stains on the bed and pillows.. you can never find a worst hotel as this.. we check-in late night so was forced to spend a night i regret i paid for such hotel.
