    In picking a hotel in India I now know that the vast majority of the reviews are either fake or given in exchange for something. For example, there is no way you can call the staff friendly. In my 6 nights there, the front desk staff did not once even greet me. On one occasion I stood in front of him while he had a social conversation with a man next to him. I only got my key after that man suggested the idea. Also as to cleanliness, there is much to be desired, and much can be done with just a little work. I post pictures on the telephone and light switch. As it was the dry season, everything soon was covered in a layer of dust. I only found 2 cockroaches from our stay and they were almost dead, so I assume they do treat for them. On the good side, because the bathroom had its own hot water heater/tank I could always get a hot shower. The location is not bad for the area and the beds were comfortable.... More

    one of the best hotels in paharganj area new delhi. Service is great and complimentary breakfast is tasty. Although it is ot a buffet, one has to choose from the menu but quality and taste is good. Rooms are not very big but hygiene and room service along with staff are all great.... More

    I stayed here for four days with my mother in October 2018. The room was a tiny bit worn, but squeaky clean, and everything worked as it was supposed to. Service was a tiny bit slow/absent minded (but friendly!) both in the reception and the restaurant, but for a very reasonably priced place I can live with that. It is definitely a step up in cleanliness and service compared to the cheaper budget places in the area, and unless I travel on a shoestring, I will definitely choose this hotel in the Main Bazar nex time. The rooftop terrace is lovely, btw.... More

    I stayed in this hotel in Room No.309 from 19th to 21st September, 2018. Here are my experiences:- GOOD : 1. Food was good and tasty. The restaurant is open round the clock and takes the order even at midnight. 2. The room was clean and quiet. WORST : 1. The AC fitted in room No.309 was leaking like water fall when put on. The reception did not bother for on the spot repairing. Instead they put the bucket from my bathroom only to collect the water. The service boy did not even get another spare bucket. Overnight, a bucketful of water leaked from the Air conditioner. 2. On 20th September, I had to catch 6.00 am Bhopal Shatabdi from New Delhi railway station and hence I had to take bath at 5.00 am but there was no water to any tap. I requested the reception to look into the matter and even after my repeating the request thrice, their reply was "we have sent the boy to fix the problem" but water did not come. At last they supplied me 3/4th bucket of cold water and I had to take bath with that. 3. On 21st September 2018 while checking out, I wanted to pay my food bill with credit card but their credit card swiping machine did not work and I had to waste my 45 minutes for locating ATMs in the nearby area and getting cash. There are only 3 ATMs nearby and they are often not working.... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
