    I visited Hotel for Business Training. The food they served was good. It is not too spicy nor less spicy. I have visited the Hotel as well. We loved the whole decorum over there.     This is not the five-star Shangri-La you think it is. We booked it at the very affordable rate, and took us 30 minutes to find. Phone number doesn't even work. It's a dark seedy place tucked in an alleyway, all the pictures are false. We tried to see a room after making reservation, but they said our reservation was not valid (even though we paid!). They said the address was right, the name was right, but they are not the right Shangri-La. In other words, they use the name of the five-star hotel and pictures from that hotel to imitate it, but if you book it, you'll find you are ripped off because they won't let you stay, they'll pretend it was for the other property. Don't book here, it's a scam.... More

    24/7 Menu had nothing for kids

    We went there considering that they have a tie up with Taj and we will get the same kind of experience and service, however it was a contrast. We have a double door entrance for the hotel however there is No one to open the door, considering that I had a 2 year old cranky infant it was a task to.open both the doors. The huge reception had 1 lady standing with a grin I her face not appeallingnor welcoming in any manner was busy in her bills & didn't bother about me waiting for her to finish her task unless I abruptly asked her for available restaurants, the response was more like I answered your question now buzz off. We went and tried the coffee shop to settle down my cranky son with some muffin, crossiant's, brownie or some fresh pastry to my amazement there was none of these. 5 rows in the coffee shop display had variety of colorful macaroons. We were quite disappointed of the visit as there was no one to address our requirements or make any close to arrangements to serve us better, considering that they are in the service industry....     Horizon lounge breakfast / Tamra for mornings and evening, Love this place, love the people who work hard and tirelessly to make everything be to your comfort! On first wake up, breakfast at the horizon lounge I'm greeted by Megha and Priyanka with the most friendliest smiles going, and a good morning, all the staff here are stars, masala tea is first ask of the day, followed by freshly made juices or just simply pour a glass of your own, sweet lime / pineapple. This sets me up for my day ahead, the weekend I get chance to sit longer and catch-up !! I love breakfast time when it's not a rush, please take your time to get to know all who work here, I always ask how they are doing, without them breakfast would be boring and this place certainly isn't that!! I love the evenings too, so relaxed and the buffet food is so varied, tasty and enjoyable, eatnhappy that's me!! I love and have the highest regards for all the staff here, to say thank you will never be enough, you have made my stay fantastic, I can never thank you enough. šŸ‘šŸ˜ŠšŸ‘ ... More

    Great place to stay in Delhi

    A fabulous hotel well located and offering travellers comfortable modern accommodation. Rooms were excellent with attention to detail and style. The room and bathroom were delightful and importantly, quiet (eventually) The staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast left nothing out. Every personal request taken care of. The hotel is close to markets, shops and restaurants. A couple of minor issues arose which surprised us. Firstly renovations were going on in some rooms which meant after a long hot day of travel we had to listen to drills and hammering in the room below. We were told the work would finish at 6.00pm but it took 3 visits to reception after 6.00pm for the noise finally stop at 7.20pm. Next we ordered a meal in the cafe' near the reception and it took at about 40 minutes for our sandwich to arrive. Also we had an early flight on our last day and were informed the breakfast room would not be open even though we paid for breakfast in advance. The hotel did supply a breakfast pack to go which contained food we did not find suitable. Other hotels we have stayed in have set up a table with tea and coffee with pastries and bread for those with early flights but this hotel refused. Inexplicable really given the price of a room. Despite this we enjoyed our stay and it really is a lovely place to stay.... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
