    I stayed there in dormitory. Their billboard proudly reads : "AC Dormitories". Even my hotel stay voucher from goibibo read the same thing. But they argued bitterly with me when I requested them to switch on the AC. They knew goibibo gives there customers a deep discount. (though goibibo and others trevel portals pay hotels in full.) So for them I was a kind of 2nd grade customers. They did not switched on the AC, even though goibibo asked them TWICE to comply with the conditions mentioned in my voucher. I was completely baked in their windowless dormitories, by the morning. When I asked for toilet soap they told me that they don't toilet soaps to dorm stayers. Given that, I could not muster courage to ask for towel. See the pictures of toilets in dormitory. I didn't care about cleaning the toilets either. So if you are going there through gobibo or makemytrip or through any other travel portals, go to this hotel at your own risk. They audaciously told me that they don't care for negative reviews and they don't even bother about such complaints.... More

    Nothing more than an average hotel. Good for budget but no motivation for coming again. Internet is too slow. Bathroom in bad condition. No restaurant. Difficult to find. Room too small makes it suffocating.... More

    Heated awake in a windowless room

    My group was staying in the "dormitory" section. The AC was allegedly broken, while the puny fans were basically nonfunctional. The only ventilation was a single balcony door in the corner of the large barrack-like room. Most of the group I was in was unable to sleep much, regularly awaking in a pool of their own sweat. The door, which was usually closed to prevent the outside heat and mosquitos from getting in, also provided the only source of natural light. The staff was largely unhelpful and clearly disliked our need to stay hydrated amidst these infernal conditions. The communal bathroom was literally better than the dormitory room, and we considered sleeping in the much better ventilated and well-lit bathroom space. The area is ok, and the air-conditoned rooms are quite nice. They also have wi-fi, the password of which is changed haphazardly, with the staff being rather uncooperative in providing the new password.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
