    Unprofessional and extremely rude behavior with the visitors

    Such a Pathetic service and the owner of the Hotel was too rude and behaving so badly even know about we have visited with Family. Even after taking booking from his Friend from Chandigarh, owner denied with the facility that his friend committed, and we had took one extra room at the late night time, and than after, no doubt the rooms were clean and hygiene with a great view. But at last when we are checking out the hotel, the owner brings lamp and door foot stopper, which was already not working at the time we checked in hotel room. and ask for extra money for that lamp set and foot stopper fixing. When we ask for lamp bill and charges negotiation, he was being so rude and threatening us that without making extra payment, no one will be able to go out from this place and charged us 5K extra amount for that lamp set and door stopper. So please it is advisable if you are preferring to checking to this hotel, be alert with the items available in hotel room and keep the list from hotel owner that what items he is facilitating and in working condition at the time of check in. Such a worst and horrible memory from Manali. Not preferable for Family.... More

    pathetic service of seven hills hotel and the owner behaviour

    Horrible Service , on very first day they changed my room for three times, the rooms they provided was very messy, they have a spare hotel named biwani hills , which they use to provide to the customer to fool around , horrible breakfast, staff are non cooperative , geyser and other stuff are non - operational , I stayed here three days , the staff doesn't bother to change the towel and bed sheet, breakfast is always delayed despite of they only mentioned that the breakfast & dinner timing are between 8:30 to 10:30 in morning and evening too , but dinner or breakfast are not been served before 9:15 , I asked for bed tea at 8:15 , they replied that kitchen will open at 8:30 , before that you are not going to be served anything, on upon if you write a review of this hotel ,then hotel owner will call you and start shouting at you also he warn me to remove my review of this hotel .The staff have their own monopoly to treat the customer of their own . one rating is also too much for this hotel. This is not a three star property , as they are trying to fool the customer. I will share the pics of the hotel for the customer to decide that what kind of service were they providing, also to show you that how can you consider it as a three star property as the room was too dirty and in appropriate Avoid this hotel at any cost. There are plenty of hotels around, don't go for this one at all. Made a terrible mistake choosing this one. Be aware of hotel seven hills.... More

Hotel Seven Spring is a hotel in Manali that organizes trekking tours for guests. It is located at 4 km from the Manali Bus Depot and at 6 km from the Hidimba Devi Temple. This 2-storey hotel houses 10 rooms. Each room has a desk. All the rooms feature attached bathrooms. This Manali hotel provides newspaper, laundry, doctor-on-call, and room services. It accommodates a patio room, fireplace, and lounge on its premises. Hotel Seven Spring operates a front desk. It is located at 143 km from the Joginder Nagar Railway Station and at 49 km from the Kullu Manali Airport. Few places to visit are The Mall (market) at 4 km, Club House at 6 km, and Vashishtha Temple at 7 km.

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
