    First of all I did not get to the hotel by plan. I made a reservation at entirely different hotel. As it also turned out, there are no rooms available (they did not bother letting me know in advance), they told me to go to the tourist center, which looked like big scam, and there they directed me to the hotel Sehej. It all looks nice in the pictures, but when I got there, my room smelled like a dirty toilet. When I asked for something else, they gave me another room. It smelled a little bit less. Since it was 4am and I didn't want to drive around Delhi anymore, I took the room. There no towels, no toilet paper, sheets looked like they had been used for a mont or even more by different guests. There was no window in my room (!) and the TV did not work, because there was no outlet close enough to plug it in. Next morning one of the staff knocked at the door to offer breakfast, then it turned out, it costs 1200 INR. Whenever I wanted to go out, receptionists were giving me driver. And when I wanted them to take me to a shopping center, they "accidently" took me to the same "tourist center". When I already got nervous and asked to be taken to the mall, the driver told me, there is no cosmetic shop in the mall, and took me to some creepy store. I just returned to the hotel to be safe there. Next morning I decided to check out, going to another, more decent hotel, the taxi driver once again took me to the "tourist center". This time I was furious with both the driver and the "center", so I threatened to call the police. The driver got lost twice on the way to another hotel and asked for 2000 INR for a ride. So if you want to get ripped off, or have too much money, go to this hotel. Hotel sorroundings do not look good, it looks like slums or so. At any cost avoid the hotel!... More

    Bed runner were filthy. No toilet paper in the bathroom. AC noisy and not working properly. The only thing why I did not give 1* review is the staff who came to wake me up for my train transfer Bad area - I mean didn’t look nice at all ... More

    This place is a scam

    This is a gross hotel and part of a scam. No hot water, not clean at all, holes in sheets, no toilet paper, gross towels, weird smell, and wanted us to pay for water bottles with broken seals. Some pros: good WiFi and AC. What happened: Our flight landed around midnight, and our taxi driver basically took us the opposite direction of our hotel, then claimed the road was blocked due to political issues and he couldn’t take us. With no way to call a different cab he took us to a fake tourist agency. We spoke with our actual hotel on their phone, but it being 1 am on the opposite side of town they couldn’t pick us up. For some reason they made us wait around for over an hour before setting us up in this place, which was obviously the plan all along. It’s definitely an unsafe area at night, but if it were daytime I’m sure we would have just refused and asked for a cab or just left. By this point it was 2:30 am so we stayed. The good news is it was mostly safe, though the staff are creepy. We got out of there early the next morning, paid $1600 rupees for one night. Our regret was the cab driver asked us for 3x the original for making him wait even though this was his fault. I wish we had told him off. Just leave this place if you unfortunately end up here....     The worst place ever- save your money even the owner sucks!

    We stayed here for a night and we got the worst service possible! First you get dirty bed sheets, used wet towels and when we complained to the owner he blamed us. Even the food service sucked! When the service boy came to change our sheets, he complained and was extremely rude. Hell the Taj Mahal marble was softer to sleep on compared to this brick wall of a bed. I suggest you save your money and go somewhere else! Peace ✌🏼... More

    Rabbit hole - never again!

    On our way from Delhi airport we've been surprised that our hotel reservation is cancelled due to closed road (that's what she said). Taxi driver took us to what later turned out to be a fake tourist information agency which booked us room at "Hotel Sehej Continental". We paid 5000 rupees for 2 nights and that was a rip off for what we got. Dirty room, no hot shower and constant noise in hotel all night long. Apparently hotel staff had a good party that night and when we showed up at reception for check-out all staff was sleeping including receptionist... Area is noisy and does not seem to be safe, especially after dark.... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
