    The hotel has a great location - very close to CST gate. Most taxi drivers don't know "P D'Mello Road" but if you ask them to take you to CST platform 18, you will get to the hotel easily. Mentioning platform 18 is essential as CST has more than 1 gate. Sea Lord is a budget hotel and travelers shouldn't expect much from it. We were there for just a day. The hotel needs repairs at a few places and not everything was working fine for us. The geyser as well as the room phone didn't work. I had to go down a floor to the front desk to order breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. We also tried the in-house restaurant. The food was good and affordable by Mumbai standards. Staff was helpful.... More

    Have you ever seen that awful movie: The Joe's appartment? Well this hotel is exactly the same. It is the cockroaches' House. This place is complet desaster. So messy, dirty. Smell really bad🤢 alot of cockroaches everywhere. We got this "hotel" late nigth and once in the reception we had to wait for more than half one hour till this rude guy ends eating. Then they gave us the room and we opened the door and put on the ligths cockroaches running everywhere. That was so disgusting. The guy scared them and told us they were already gone it is ok now!!!! We changed room and the new room was so dirty and smelly. tly the same. Dead cockroaches, Stained sheets, hair everywhere. We couldnt sleep and I didnt know where to o where to go as it was too late and we were so tired we desided to stay. But what a nigthmare. In the morming there was that disgusting cockroaches running into our suitcases!!! We immediately desided to quit that hell. The recepcion callme before I say one word and asked very rudely to pay the nigths reservation in advance. After discussing We paid only for 1 nitgh. The worst experience in hotel ever!     Although situated at a very attractive location, walking distance railway station, near the main market, the Hotel is just OK for a very limited budget Traveller. The rooms are just Ok, with basic facility. The food is ok eatble. Only limited budget travelers please.... More

    Falta de higiene, había cucarachas !!! Horrible, there are cockroaches in the bedrooms and it´s really dirty and dusty. The sheets were really dirty. I would never recommend this place to stay. When we paid, as they did´t have change, they didn´t give us back the rupees they owed.... More

    I have never seen a hotel in this bad contition. Dirty bath, dirty beds, dirty everywhere. The entire hotel also stinks so bad we had problem staying indoor. The entire hotel is a desaster area. I tok One look in their kitchen, ill rather starv to death than eating there ... More

  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
