    I had booked this hotel for ten days which got extended to 13 days. Hotel Satsanga is situated in the business district of Chennai. The interiors are decorated very tateslefully with antique wooden furniture. Every room is specious and is provided with all modern anenities like TV, AC , adequate lighting. Being located on Anna Salai in Tynampet , it has access to all type of resturants , shoping malls , markets, offices etc. It is an ideal Hotel for travellers on business trips to the city. However the only shortfall here is the service. Being a new Hotel which has opened less than a year ago they still do not have facility of any cooking in the hotel and hence no room service is provided. However, if required food has to be ordered from nearby resturants which will be delivered in the room. Hence this results in delay in service. The entire staff in the hotel is new and has very little experience in managing a hotel. So the service rendered by them is very un-professional and often results in guest disssatisfaction. In my openion this Hotel has the potrential of being a very good Hotel, but the management should have opened its services only after the completing the basic requirements like in-house room serviece , training of the staff etc....     dommage. de très jolies chambres décorées avec beaucoup de gout et bien équipées mais sans fenêtres. Affreusement mal placé , loin de tout , a côté d'une station service avec les nuisances qui l'accompagnent, bruits de klaxon incessants et tout le reste. Sans parler du personnel qui est vraiment charmant mais ne parle quasiment pas un mot d'anglais. aucune restauration sur place, ils doivent tout aller vous chercher dans des gargottes ou la qualité n'est pas de mise. je suis vraiment déçu et je n'y retournerai pas...     Cet hotel de bon standing moyen à deux avantages principaux : le prix et la déco à la française donc rafinée Ce n'est pas un hotel de grand luxe bien sûr mais plus que très convenable sur tout en Inde où l'hotellerie est cher et le conforme pas en rapport avec le prix (voir les 2 photos)...   2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
