    I don't understand how all online portal has given good for this hotel. We all were in group But it's horrible stay for all of us. They provided such a bakwas food and the owner was very much rude while check in. Not atol good for family stay. No parking facilities also. All room furniture were broken and rooms were very much dirty. Stay in sarthak palace was like nightmare. Never goto this kind of hotel with family.... More

    Booked in for 4 nights paid upfront for 2, first room not bad a shabby, No hot water moves to room 2 better room all round, unpacked again. Guess what way to get hot water. Told we would need to move again. Not having it got key to new room told shower. Staff got very upset with us not wishing to move again. We did to another hotel. cost less service was better and hot water.... More

    Room with no windows, dark and cold in February. Slept with our clothes on as the sheets were stained and dirty, same goes for the towels. Had a shower in the bathroom but no hot water. The smell in the room was horrible, just a stench of sewers. Room service worked well and food was good but staff very money driven, waiting for a tip when bringing the food AND when taking plates away. Only few people spoke English so challenging trying to arrange taxi, pay your bill etc.... More

    This has got to be the one of the worst hotel you can pick in Delhi. I have stayed in better hotels for less money. No proper shower. You have to fill up a bucket to be able to shower and it's not hot water either - in cold winter (January). Asked for a doona instead of the blanket provided and was given the one pictured. With nasty yellow stains and rips. The actual rooms are nothing like pictured on booking.com. This place is a joke. No one understands English and do not seem to care. Stay away from this place. It's the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I will check out tomorrow and will probably have to pay an early check out fee. But I'm happy to pay that and go elsewhere than stay in this craphole they call a hotel. And you can too! ... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
