    Ccomplaints lodged at midnight after checkin at above stated property and harassment, I regret to state that the rooms were very dirty with bad smell even room sizes were lower than any lodge like small boxes. Though the pics uploaded by Fab at website covers large rooms with computer table, spotless linens, good ambience etc. But, totally the features of room and hotel was false and very uncomfortable based on 3 star category. As per our conversation with Mr Ganga and Mr Mayank the rooms are deluxe, can FAB explain the definition of Deluxe Room and three star. Since, the experience was very bad and faced trouble at mid night after long journey from Kolkata, I am very disappointed with the facts. Later on I was shifted to bigger rooms at far destination namely FabHotel Gharonda Residency Sukhwani Fortunes, MIDC Road, Morewadi Pune, India Having no other alternative I stayed at this arrangement, but not satisfied as there rooms are big but also full of bad smell & damps in rooms along with housefly and mosquitoes. As per attendant its due to rain, which is not digested. Overall, very disappointed and have to file serious complaints as per Indian Act for false advertisement, poor consumer service, false commitments and mental harassment. I can pay for Airfare of your higher authority to visit this two places instant and inspect the same and later on will provide good pics for your ready reference as the same differs from FAB uploaded pictures and think the reviews were generated by FAB own team,...     Hotel has clean and neat rooms with WiFi and nearest to general motors, pimpri junction, one can reach by means of auto or cab in 5 minutes. Breakfast is moderate and has 4 food options (Poha/Idli/Bread/Fruits & Tea). Suitable for the business travallers.... More

    I was looking for a mid range hotel near Thermax chowk, Chinchwad and I came across Hotel Saptaruchi, which is just a min away from Thermax chowk, I was looking a hotel for one of my foreign client and I was very confused will this hotel suits my clients requirement or not but he likes the hotel and the rooms are clean and good. Food quality is also not bad and the front desk service is good and same with room service, overall a nice experience.... More

    Have stayed at this place before hence decided to use it again. Was sadly disappointed when the so called Complimentary breakfast was just a lip service rather than a genuine attempt to provide breakfast. First of all the timing is severely restricted. second, the items available are bread butter type and idli. when i requested for eggs they simply said it is not available. I decided to pay for the food bill separately when i was rudely told that food bill has to be paid in cash, when my single night food bill was nearly Rs 800. Funnily the guy at the counter, when questioned about this coolly said that they accept cc for ABOVE 1000 rupees. so when you stay ask for a better discount instead of complimentary breakfast. and keep cash in your pocket just in case they decide to change rules as per whims and fancies.... Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
