    The only advantage of the hotel was the location and the adjacent restaurant . The hotel stay was a complete discomfort. The room was not at all good. It was full of mosquitoes and flies. The plug points were broken. And the worst of all was the behavior of the hotel staffs(except the receptionists). They were very much rude and did not have any etiquettes and sense of hospitality at all. I had never experienced such embarrassments in my travels.     We stayed here almost 8 years back, the hotel was really great and easily accessible as it is in the main center. I went in May 2019 and got to know that this has been sold to OYO. I had paid 3.5 for one night for the stay with my family they gave me a uncleaned , unsafe , pathetic and dusty lodge kind of shady room, when i argued they said all the rooms are booked and shifted to another room which was not even worth of 500 bucks.For kid they again charged 500 rs for extra bed and that was a single bed placed on the floor. The breakfast was horrible and useless receptionist and very very poor service. I didn't even order a tea during my stay. My family was cursing me for spoiling their vacation.... More

    Very bad experience with the hotel. We booked 3 night stay from Oyo app for 10.5k. When we arrived at the hotel, they said all rooms are booked and we have been given servent room to stay for 1st night. 2nd day they shifted us to another room which was also in very bad condition. When I asked them to change the room, they said it is 20 year old property and all rooms are same. 3rd day I given the room key at reception to get the room cleaned. But when we came at night, the room was not cleaned. When I asked why the room was not cleaned they said there was no person available to clean the room. The service was very slow. We ordered food at 8PM and it was delivered by 9.40 PM. At the time of checkout the reception guy asked me to show the booking on Oyo app and taken my phone. Very cleverly he was trying to give 5 star from my phone. I saw that and taken my phone from him. The overall experience is very very bad.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
