    We found the staff to be really welcoming, friendly and accommodating so that was great and made a big difference to our experience. However the wifi didn't work the whole time we were there which seems quite common in budget hotels but still a disappointment and one that didn't seem like it was trying to be fixed. The room and bathroom were very clean, the only negative was the bed linen wasn't clean enough for us to want to use but we didn't mind as we have our own sleeping bags anyway. The rooftop restaurant is a great asset, The staff were so friendly and working so hard despite it looking like a busy day for them so we really appreciated the great service. Its going under some renovations but it seems like it's going to turn the restaurant part of the business into a great hangout place!     This was definitely the worst hotel on our India trip. We have backpacked six weeks through Vietnam and Thailand one year ago, so we have really no problem with simple and cheap accomodations, as long as they are clean. But this one is really dirty. The blanket had some disgusting brown spots on it and the cushions looked like they haven't been changed at all. Same with the bath mat (this little white towel in front of the bathroom door). The young guy who brought us a new blanket wasn't interested at all why we didn't want the old one neither apologized for the inconvenience. Walls and windows were dirty and in need of some renovation. And the windows in the room didn't close properly, so you are able to hear all the sounds of the street (dogs barking, men talking, neighbour's TV, cars, ...) like you were sitting outside of the balcony. For dinner we waited for over one hour, for breakfast half an hour, even though I don't know why, because it was just two plain toasts with an omelette. Not even with butter.     The staff are nice enough. For the price I was expecting basic but the hotel is very dirty with filthy marks on all the walls not sure what they where !! Doors covered in grime windows with fittings falling off. I would not recommend this place at all. ... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
