    The service was terrible. We had to fix the Wi-Fi ourselves as the staff refused. Waiters ignored us in the restaurant and even when you went to find one they didn't bother processing the order. I was given lamb instead of chicken and the manager insisted it was a chicken. I pointed out that the bones are quite different only to be told lamb is not served anywhere in the region (it is!) The only plus compared to other reviews is that the hotel was clean so they appear to have taken note of that. Hopefully they can fix the service too. ... More

    The hotel seems clean if we don't look at the details. The staff speaks well English. The towels were dirty but the sheets were not that bad. We asked twice for a kettle, finally got one that didn't work. The A/C needs to be fixed because it rains on the balcony when you turn it on so you can't be outside when you use it. The wifi is not working on bedrooms and only a few times in the corridor. The breakfast is very very simple, only toast and an omelette but the rooftop view is enjoyable. By foot is not very far from the city palace, around 30 minutes.... More

    Very friendly and courteous people there. The owner is very hospitable and has very good English. Quiet area short walk from centre. Not what is advertised on the internet. Pool is non existent. Paid through a "tourist" package. Not worth the advertised price. Overall enjoyed the stay ... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
