    We arrived at this small but inviting hotel by taxi. Cost 500rps from Central Mumbai. The Reception staff were very friendly, courteous and informative.24 hr Front Desk service The room was a reasonable size with a TV and free Wi Fi. The accommodation was simple, basic but modern. The en suite bathroom was rather small. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.The room looked onto a private apartment kitchen. Room service was available. All the staff were polite, friendly and professional. Located in a busy bustling street with free street parking. The hotel position was great for exploring the area. Nearby was the Gateway to India, Mahalakshmi Temple, the Haji Ali Dargah Mosque is a must, but only when the tide is out!! The nearest beach Giragon beach was only 5 mins walk away. The Colaba Causeway. to name a few. Do visit the Kamala Nehru Park and the Hanging Gardens. Have a stroll along the Marine Parade, watch the sunset in the evening and look back towards Mumbai, the sight is fantastic. WE enjoyed the hotel, the sightseeing and the food in the Restaurant adjoining the Hotel namely the " Green Onion". Ideal Budget Hotel.... More

    I stayed in hotel Sapna Marine from 27 August till 29 August. The room that I stayed in was renovated to make it look spanking new. Plus points. Nicely done up room Comfortable beds Negative points. Walls were wet and smell of wet walls was prominent throughout the room. Wi-Fi free but not working. Bathroom very small even for a single person to fit in. Not much choice in breakfast for the price you pay. They don't even provide butter and jam complementary with the toast. Overall experience was average. Can do better for the price been taken from guests. The competition The Fortune hotel provides better breakfast in the same price. Good hotel but needs better management to manage the hotel.... More

    Cheap and cheerful, small but suitable, friendly managers and staff and the imam who does the call to prayer at the mosque opposite has a delightful voice. Good air con and fan, you can smoke in the room if you so wish, close to the metro train station and a nice walk to the Wankhede Stadium.... More

    Hotel requires Maintenance

    I have been staying at this Hotel since last 10 years & was always Happy during my stay but this Time I was disappointed. The Hotel badly requires Maintenenace of the property especially the Rooms. The colour has faded, there is dampness in the room. I had taken a Double Room with Single Occupancy, the Room was just sufficing for 1 person. Water was accumulating in the bathroom while having a shower. I had to go out early for a conference, enquired with Room Service for Tea & Toast Butter at 7 am, was told that Room Service will start at 7.30 am only.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
