The hotel advantage is that it is slightly cheaper when compared to others. Room service was pathetic. Food wasn't tasting great. I preferred to have in A2b which is very close by.All the places are close by to the hotel.

I had been to Ooty for blogging on various restaurants and places, etc. as a travel blogger accompanied by my friend. Before booking our stay, we went through the hotels terms and conditions. No where it has been mentioned about any policy regarding unmarried couples. (God sake we were not even couples) Apart from that,we reached the hotel in the night around 11. The hotel manager denied our stay in the hotel and rejected to even process our refund. Neither we lied that we were married nor did we give any wrong proof. The hotel manager is pathetic and so are the management policies. No law in our constitution says that any individual above 21 cannot stay with his/her friend. Not that this hotel was like other low budget lodges. Manager started arguing with us and threatened us that he would call the cops. He clearly wanted the money. I would suggest to never even opt for this hotel where none of the staffs were co operative. Manager itself seemed like an impractical idiot person. We lost our money and also had to search for a place to sleep at 12 in the night.... More

The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.

Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.
