    I only gave this hotel 2 rating as the shower was really hot and full force and the mattress is a memory foam and quite comfortable. Everything else is terrible. My friend and I were given the room in the photo shown above, behind the curtains is a grey stone wall there is no natural light . The window surround is filthy. The walls are covered in dirty marks. If you look closely at the photo the right hand side of the headboard between the wall light and the light fitting the wall paper is torn off. My duvet cover was dirty and the runner across the bed is really dirty when I complained the guy from reception pulled it off the bed and threw it in the very dirty wardrobe which I wouldn’t hang my clothes in even if there had been hangers there. He changed the duvet cover but not sure how fresh it was. The bathroom was filthy but they came and cleaned it immediately but it was far from spotless. We then found 2 cockroach like small bugs on the floor and they came and disfencted and washed the floor. As first stated the only reprieve was the shower and the bed. They were good. Also the staff were so rude and grumpy although I think I was stressing them complaining every 2 minutes. Also the walls going up the staircase had big pieces of torn wall paper . The tap at the sink in the bathroom doesn’t which wevreported to deaf ears. There is not enough lighting in the room you are blinded by the light when you step outside. Thankfully we only had 2 nights there I only stayed for the shower!!! It’s a shame this hotel has a lot of potential if it was properly maintained and kept clean. I didn’t try the food!... More

    It wasn't comfortable , room was dusty window not open , yet manager was asking for misbehaving staff was ignorant broken tap of bath and smelling they opened my room when I was out. completely dissatisfied and total waste of money... More

    This hotel does not worth more than 800 to 1000 rs. This is just average hotel. Rooms are very small... leaving almost no space to move around. Even after complaining bathroom was smelling bad, although it looks clean. Still some repair work is needed. Panty staff is good for nothing as they are not good to have food in case you need anything in emergency. However morning complementary paratha was okay in taste as they do not have any other options. Room was shady. If you are not getting anything then you can go for this. ... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
