    shame on the name of service and hospitality

    this is to inform the concerned company.i booked a hotel .named hotel sanj in jaipur,dated 26-27 Sep, it was a horrible experience i have ever encountered,it was rated as a 3 star hotel, i don't how is it possible.the hotel has nothing on which it can be rated.i am listing certain highlights. its a shame on the name of service and hospitality 1) no proper a.c 2) t.v remote was not working 3) there was used bed sheet on bed,shameful 4) there was no blanket or stuff to sleep with,in fact they had given a blanket cover,in which blanket is kept in winters,that too wearied and tourned from edges. 5) the shower was not there,in fact it had a connection but instead of shower,there was something else instead of shower 6)no soap was provided in washroom,when we asked for a soap,they gave a used soap,which was almost on its end 7) the menu card, worst to describe, it seemed as if it was dipped in oil n grease before keeping it in the room,it had all those oily n greasy hand prints all over 8) the room consisted old t.v model,with horrible wiring arrangements, 9) location: it is located near to a place,where all the garbage n all such used items are thrown i don't what made this hotel a three star hotel,the person who attended us on reception seemed, illiterate,no uniform, no ethicates, no decorum no healthy atmosphere, i don't know on what basis this hotel is rated,the pics on net and on the hotel site are all fake, i wish i could have clicked certain photos, but i dint wanted to spoil my trip. since i was there was 2 days, so i was never interested in coming hotel. i had just paid for sleeping, the m.c.b of ac was to be switched on again n again as it was not working properly.. it is a request to you people, plz don't rate the hotels randomly as it spoils the fun.. we are unaware of the exact facts n figures of tourist places.. we rely on you people n trust you,but in return if this happens it hurts.. a very bad experience at this hotel, i booked that hotel on its rating and pics,but it was not the same when we (me and my wife) checked in that hotel, it was just a road side ordinary hotel,it was not worth what i paid to the hotel,as i booked it online with the help. .....     It is horrible to enter. Also the rooms are too much tiny. Unclean water pots, provided in the rooms. Over-charged rates. Though I booked the hotel through reliable tour operator, the hotel owner was again and again charging additional amount for everything including breakfast. I have to call my tour operator for these additional charges, then only the hotel owner stops the arguments. Please suggest this Hotel to those who are your enemy, your bad-wishers and all those to whom you want to take revenge. So no STARS at all. I have all proofs with me. Videos, recordings etc.... More

    In my second current trip to Jaipur, I know there is not much to expect from hotels here. Here, the staff, rooms etc were ok, were everything was far too overpriced. Looked they they only wanted to make money and not customers. room rate was amazing, but they covered up by overcharing for food to amenities... More

    Location of this hotel is very poor, Service was very bad, I needed to book tickets from irctc under tatkal and owner to the hotel knowingly switched off the internet and asked me to book from his agent. Owner of the hotel is so cheap and used such tactics to earn his commission at every step beside providing the quality. Water in the bathroom was short circuited somehow and it was giving electric shock, when i asked manager, he said change the room beside resolving the issue with electrician. He did't provide Towels, Washroom Soap and extra bed and I had to ask for it.... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
