    I booked this hotel thru MMT & MMT should blacklist this hotel or else people will loose confidence in MMT. Only thing good I received from this hotel was that I was given an early check in at 5am. Poor service, no choice of breakfast, only single egg is offered , if you ask for a double egg omlet you will be flatly refused by saying that for the second egg you have to pay it does not come complementary. Food is served by the same staff who cleans washroom. The dining room is in the basement without AC and proper ventilation , rather the generator is placed there polluting with fumes and smell of deisel Very Un hygenic. No restaurant or proper rrangement for lunch/dinner. During my stay there was power cut and AC does not run. Moreover the AC in my room was not cooling properly. For sometime during power cut even the hotel was not running the generator. There was no water in the washroom for some time and after complaining it took more than 30 minutes to get water in the taps. The water flow from the shower is so less that you cannot take bath. It a bad hotel and my holiday got spoiled. Not at all value for money. I will not recommend any of the reader of this review to book this hotel ... More

    It is situated about 780 metres from sea beach or marine drive road. The hotel is very small with price comparatively high. Good thing about the hotel is very well behaved and helpful staffs of the hotel. They are very nice and always ready to provide you the help you needed. Excellent experience.     Rooms are neat & clean, Location is on the road of VIP Area like Puri Court, Collector's Office etc... all necessary amenities attachment, huge free space to have breath. Jagannath Temple is on walking distance and Golden beach is to reach 4-5 minutes on foot. Home-style food is available from in-house Restaurant.... More

    I booked this hotel through oyo rooms Location of this hotel is good. It's approximate 400 meters from Sea Beach ...Price of the rooms are ok but complimentary brekafast is not good at all....Tasteless food, a few number of choice only....Rooms are neat & clean...Bath room and out side of the hotel also very clean...Need more improvement towards its guest service....Food quality...Food options......Can travel with family....... More

    Staying in this hotel is really enjoying for pleasure trip. Golden beach is just 4min. walking. Food court is also good and clean . All persons are very cooperative.Free internet, but working slow. Every room has little balcony.... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
