The rooms are good.
All hotel staffs are very good and very co-operative specially Mr. Rahul
only restaurant need to be cleaned more.

I stayed in this hotel for five days at a stretch and in this tenure they left no stone unturned to make us feel at home. In fact I had to change my previous hotel due to some issues and landed at Sand-E-Villa without prior booking. They gave us a 2nd floor sea view A. C room at 1600 bucks only which is damn cheap in peak tourist season. The balcony , though a common one, had a wide view of sea , and sea breeze would always soothe your heart. The hotel is strategically located exactly behind Birla guest house with shops, restaurants , auto stand , rickshaw stand at your doorstep. Sea beach is at a stone throw distance from here and so is the lighthouse. They have a in house restaurant serving all meals. I should mention about manager Rahul who is a cordial and helpful human being with lot of informations and page boy Kartik who is always willing to serve and help. Guest looking out for a well known and reliable budget property can always choose to stay at Hotel Sand-e-Villa. Hotel Sand-e-Villa is a three floor building with 25 spacious rooms. This beach property attracts guest who want to spend most of their time relaxing at the beach, if ones chooses to stay at this hotel the beach is just at a walkable distance. The railway station and bus stand both lie around 3.5 kms away from the property. The rooms are well furnished with basic furniture, neat and clean beds, decent curtains. Guest can park their vehicles in the free and secure parking zone. Guest are provided a host of facilities such as same day laundry facility, luggage storage space and medical services.

In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
