    Visited this hotel during peak season of Jan'17 with one more couple. First of all we booked rooms from OYO (Biggest mistake as some more people were suffering there who booked from OYO). They provided rooms at most corner of the hotel, there was no intercom facility. Approach to the room was terrible. Gutter like smell. Bathroom was chocked & people at reception was not even resolving the issue after regular followups. Only good thing was pool area. Don't even think of staying in this hotel.... More

    We had the clean big room on the 3d floor with big balcony and large bed with AC. All worked well. But there werent cleaning and hot water, and there were ants in bathrooms we were fighting with every night. Wi-Fi was normal. Everynight we heard a loud sound of water and dogs howling.   4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
