My partner and arrived in the early evening after a day of travelling. We had booked via Booking.com. The hotel had no record of the booking and said they were full (even though at that point they still had other rooms showing online). After a 15 minute wait while the manager was on the phone, we were told we were being upgraded and taken to another hotel they owned downtown. A member of staff came with us in a taxi and took us there. On arrival, this hotel had no idea about this promised 'upgrade' and refused to give us a room. We were really angry at this point. When we asked to speak to the person on the phone from before, the manager just laughed at us. He insisted we go back to the first hotel where they proudly told us a room had been made ready. Hot and exhausted, we got into another taxi. The room was FULL of mould. All over the walls. I wouldn't have paid 400 rupees but they were charging 1600! We just left without a word. We arrived really late and we had really long journey to Kolkata, so we're really tired by the time we got to the hotel. Staff was really rood when we got there. Room was dirty, mouldy and really hot. Air conditioner didn't work at the beginning, neither hot water. I needed to complain several times until it got fixed. Worst think was that staff told me that hot water and air can will be working only in the morning at 7am! After long conversations they turn water and air con on. I don't know why was that an issue at the beginning. We were really tired and was quite late so we did stayed, but I would recommend to anyone!... More

Room and Toilet are dirty. Especially toilet water heater and sanitary system is work.Hotel stuff are rout and bad behaviour.in the room insects bites me and next day I will appointment to doctor.In my opinion no body should stay that hotel especially their toilets system are totally out of order...
