    I stayed in so many hotels. This is definitely worst among all of them. I stayed there for 3 days. This location is almost 3 kilometers from main omr road. There wont be any houses in between and there is no proper road also and there wont be any street lights in the night. It seems almost in the middle of forest. There will snakes coming on the way. So, absolutely you cannot go by walk in the nights. If you go, not sure you will be alive and there wont be any autos or buses available to this place and hotel manager said that only upto 7:30 only vehicle will be arranged for pickup from the gate(Omr road). If you are coming after 7:30, you have to arrange your own vehicle. And can you belive, manager is asking me to tell all the plans before day itself (when will i have breakfast, when will i go and when will i come etc.). If you get late even for half an hour he will yell at you. can you believe that when i asked him why are you yelling for that, he said "This is my hotel. If you want you can be here or else leave". That too after paying all the money. Hotel manager doesn't even know how to behave with guests. You have to arrange water and everything before itself by yourself otherwise you have to live by drinking salt water. Dont chose this place even by no choice. It is better to be in bus stand dormitory rather than going to this place by paying 1600 per day. In clear trip, it is mentioned that internet is available when i was booking. But there wont be any internet facility. Only thing that is good about this hotel is decent rooms. But your life cannot be guaranteed.... More

    My worst hotel stay!!! 1. The hotel is situated in midst of nowhere. U hav to go 2 kms from the main OMR road and no bus/auto comes to this place. Terrible place for families and officials. 2. The manager refused to provide blankets at night saying v shud hav asked for it in morning itself...can u believe that?? Go there at your own risk!... More

    I stayed here for a week, the rooms are okay for the price. But the location of this hotel is really pathetic. Within Chennai, it is located in a very bad area in the outskirts of the city. Basic amenities are not easily available. Also, the hotel is a lot inside from the main road, so reaching is also a headache. Also, no restaurant facility is there.... More

  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
