    Ours was a leisure stay for 3 nights. Hotel is clean, neat and compact with above average location for the business traveller. Restaurants in hotel are well known, popular and deserved with a variety of veg and non veg dishes and separate if desired. Room service was prompt and reasonable. Particular mention for Manoj who showed he cared and was active to please. Unfortunately this did not extend to front office staff who gave the impression they were busy and didn't care. Lots of them who sent an unreasonable time on known business travellers but ignored new guests. We requested two door keys simply my wife and I were going out at different times. We were informed this was not possible as this would deactivate one of the keys?! Every time we passed Reception (several times a day over 3 days) we were never greeted which is a pity. A smile would have gone a long way. I also feel there were more staff at Reception than needed as some of the things they were doing could have been done by back room office. That way the perception of more staff than guests could be overcome and also would have perhaps diminished the frustration I felt on how helpful they actually were. All said I am really saying that this could have been better experience and it was easily in their own control.... More

    Did their lunch buffet— the starters are terrific — kebabs and chili cottage cheese and way better than the main course. Excellent service, clean restaurant, comfortable ambience—and the sapodilla halwa dessert was outstanding. Definite repeat value.... More

    Good Property in the hands of wrong people

    Sai Palace Grand is a standard property, administered poorly by wrong people. The property is clean, cozy and comfortable. It offers standard amenities at affordable rates, but guest service is a casualty. There is no one to take care of your needs. The worst form of service is from the house keeping and the front office. I stayed in this hotel with family for two nights. At the time of check in, we were informed that our rooms (two rooms) would be in two wings. Later on they promised that they would provide adjacent rooms on the second day. But nothing happened. At the time of checkout the front office guy (when confronted with his promise) told me that he was too busy and forgot the promise made to me. Consequently, though we booked Executive Room, we stayed in standard room. At the time of checkout, he asked me to pay for the Executive room (which I never occupied) and adjust the excess payment during my next visit to the property. I refused to his suggestion and reluctantly he agreed. A trolley with housekeeping stuff was kept before my room for hours and it obstructed our way whenever we opened our door. Our triple occupancy room was given an extra bed only after repeated requests. Even when the boy brought the mattress, he forgot to bring the sheets and pillow! But, the place is indeed good and clean and also provides excellent complimentary breakfast. Things will improve with proper, professional management.... More

    Visited on Sunday afternoon for family lunch (ala carte). Chatpata Zhinga was very fresh and yummy. Aloo methi til ki tikki delicious. Blue Moon mocktail was good.Dun Runner Average. Chicken Pathani was very good. Subjiyon ka Milan very delicious. Butter kulcha very good. In Desserts Chikoo Halwa was yummy.Gadbad ice cream was very nice. Overall a very good dining experience. Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
