    BEWARE of THIS HOTEL

    Dear Fellow travelers please beware of this Hotel and if you have done any booking with this hotel - PLEASE CANCEL IT IMMEDIATELY.I had the worst experience of my life with this hotel. We (myself, my wife and my daughter) had booked through Booking.com for this hotel for 9th December night and 10th early morning check out with confirmed booking. before boarding the flight we again called them up to reconfirm and were assured of the booking. we reached late evening from Vadodara at around 8.30 PM, first of all hotel is not on main Arakshan Road but in to some bye lane to it, after finding it with difficulty we managed to reach the hotel. when we asked the receptionist for our our booking, he started to laugh and said "sorry sir, we had a group coming in so we cancelled your booking and gave it to the group" CAN YOU EVER IMAGINE THAT HAPPENING TO YOU, when I spoke to him the guy coolly said - I did not tell you to make the booking you have made it, so it is your fault, we will not keep our rooms free for you....... Fellow Travelers, being local I could manage another hotel at double the fare, but just think of a outside person stranded alone in DELHI in the night.......I get shivers even thinking about it. MY ONLY ADVICE TO YOU ALL IS PLEASE DO NOT BOOK ANY ROOM WITH THIS HOTEL.... More

    The blankets are not clean. Staff not good. Avóid this hotel. Book Ajanta hotel instead. Awful hotel with no amenities. Though the location is great still facilities are poor. Paharganj has many hotels. Avoid this one... More

    1. They didn't have our booking even though they emailed us asking if we wanted an airport transfer! (The price they gave us was much more expensive then the one we actually got from just picking up a taxi at the airport 2. We where showed to our room and the room hadn't been cleaned from the previous guests. So we where just left with dirty sheets and dirty towels. 3. The shower didn't work and the staff where extremely rude. 4. We where over charged 5. THE PICTURES THEY SHOW LOOK NOTHING LIKE THE ACTUAL HOTEL. VERY OLD PHOTOS USED... More

    We arrived at the hotel at 23.30 and had the most unfriendly welcome when we showed our booking confirmation from booking.com they had no knowledge of the booking although we received an email from them in February confirming. After 30 mins while they examined our passports and visas. We got shown to our room. The bed sheets were not made and in a dirty pile in the middle of the bed. We were asked to wait outside and then the bed was made with dirty sheets and given dirty towels. The shower did not work so had to use the sink and a jug. The room looked nothing like the picture and the bathroom was appalling. The staff were unfriendly and when it came to money they did not give change ... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
