    We booked 3 rooms at Sai Dham International over a month in advance. We received a booking confirmation to confirm our booking. Closer to the time, we called the hotel to advise that there will be 12-13 persons coming to the hotel on the respective date. We also asked what is the best way to get to the hotel from the airport. They confirmed the booking and said that we should just get a taxi. We arrived at the hotel on the date of the check in (please note, the hotel is located in a narrow street/gully) where vehicles cannot have access so you will have to drag your luggage over. upon arrival with the rest of our family including children (13 people) Hotel Sai Dham International said they do not have space for us! we showed them the hotel confirmation as well as the phone (registered on our phone) the receptionist was really unhelpful - he kept us waiting there for over an hour whilst he served other people and avoided speaking to us (hoping that it would go away) there were 13 (plus 26 pieces of luggage) of us in their reception hall way they eventually sent us to another hotel (Maya Hotel) (which we walked to) luggage had to be transported by rickshaw (which we also had to end up paying for) Hotel sai dham said that Maya Hotel is their sister hotel. Hotel maya were also very terrible - they didn't have room for us either and tried to sent us to another hotel (poor condition) we found out later that both Sai Dham hotel and Maya Hotel deliberately over subscribe the bookings - but then send guests off to another hotel (poor condition) but charge the same price this was happening to other guests who were also arriving in the hotel We even spoke to the manager - he simply asked us to move to Hotel Maya very stressful experience...     NEVER BOOK AGAIN

    It was my first time when i booked a hotel by OYO and hence its an last also bcoz the price in which i booked the room was not at par the room, regarding location it was good but facility it was worst. when i check-in in my room around 12pm i got the dirty room along with ac without remote which gives hot air ,they don't give the bathroom towel, soap & drinking water, about blanket it was so dirty that i never seen any non rated hotel also. In first sense i think let me check out from the hotel but i was already paid for three night than i decided to complain in oyo customer care, they try to resolve my complain with changing my room, but other things are remain same during my three day stay not a single day room was cleaned. As i was in family trip not in position to suffer any loss so compromise for staying as it was my guilty to book this room and make online payment before check in without knowing the Hotel name. I request the the oyo team to please reflect the hotel name before booking so that before payment atleast we check the review of said hotel.... More

    Ok stay for freshening up!

    We went there to dump our bags for some time, freshen up and exit. That's exactly what you can expect as well. It's pretty near to the station (Walkable distance of 10-15 Mins). If you have luggage, then it's a pain cos you wont get auto cos of the distance to the station. Otherwise neat rooms, polite staff, No hot water, Little smelly (Assuming cos of some nearby construction work nearby).... More

    Stay Here at your peril

    Dirty. Toilet, which appeared never to have been cleaned, leaked water all over floor whenever flushed. NO hot water at all. Wash basin filthy, with two mothballs in the waste grill attempting to mask the smell of raw sewage coming up the waste pipe. Bed alive with fleas. When we removed the sheet to spray insect killer we almost threw up on discovering that a previous occupant had either suffered explosive Delhi-belly or had bled copiously enough to leave a 20inch disgusting stain, no attempt to clean it seemed apparent. The staff raised incompetence to a level only dreamed about by the writers of Faulty Towers. Five attemps at ordering breakfast produced five concoctions of what purported to be black tea, black coffee and toast, but which were disgustingly undrinkable and inedible garbage.... More

    REASONABLE PRICE HOTEL

    The Hotel is very reasonably priced in capital of India, Delhi. Before I stayed there I can't imagine that in Delhi I can get a reasonable Hotel near Railway Station, in just Rs. 1000 Per Night for a double bed A/C Room and various other facilities. The only disadvantage is that it is situated in a lane off Road and there are no visible signs so that you can Identify it easily. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
