    Cannot believe fab is promoting such place. Blaming power cut as the excuse they switched off the a.c the whole night till morning 9 until I made a complaint to fab toll free number asking for refund then they started a.c from main switch Saying now electricity has come.     I was thr for 1 night only, while check in they served me welcome drink which was very good in taste. Climate was damn pleasant and we got room with balcony and strawberry garden view this was multiplied my enjoy and had really good stay.     Sorry to say never ever book FAB HOTELS any were its a Fraud group of Hotel , i myself booked the hotel for my 1-day stay at Mahabaleshwar , Check in: 18.10.18 & Check out: 19.10.18 , 3-Room with Breakfast at FAB SAGAR VILLA , when i reached the hotel the Hotel lobby was so wet & dirty that i call Fab Hotel Toll free number & ask them to cancel my booking they requested me sir kindly ignore the lobby please check the rooms , its also not good & worth as uploaded false photos in there website ,i again said them to cancel but they denied to do the same , saying its a non refundable booking , now the main problem starts around 6.00pm there was a power cut & they dont have any power back up as mentioned in website ,when i called the hotel reception they saying its not working , i called the Fab toll free numbers several times but they are just saying we trying to arrange a call from our seniors but no call received around 9.00pm i got a call from Fab name Mr Ganga saying sir you can check the Hotel now we will make a full refund is it possible to check out at such a late night in hills & check for new room with 2-kids , at last when we threatened the reception boy that we will make a police complain he call the Hotel owner & saying ok take the money & leave we said around 11.00pm were will we go & how is it possible to stay without light & Fan , Air condition we are not expecting . Next day morning no breakfast at restaurant as i think they dont have any restaurants, so 2 veg items sent to room for breakfast , really Horrible property & Horrible management , i myself will update about the Hotel in all our travel Groups & trip advisor , so that no one face such a Horrible night i face . Its better book any DHARAMSALA rather booking FAB HOTELS. First time a saw a hotel were Pets are roaming all around , Hotel water timing 7.00am till 10.00am . No words for this poor fellow property please delete the Hotel from FAB , its creating confusion. PLEASE DONT UPLOAD FALSE PICTURE & AMENITIES .... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
