    Hotel is very noisy. Some of the staff are quite rude. The hotel rooms are quite small and not good condition and facilities are bad. Breakfast also not much of varieties and not good. Once food finished the staff take too long to refill. The staff even restrict us from taking more than one hot drinks. Buffet breakfast should be free flow. The rooms are also not provided with mineral water. The location of the hotel is quite good near to karol bargh... More

    Happy couple - first visit to India/Delhi

    Our second stay at the Saar Inn and we remain very satisfied. Situated in a convenient part of New Delhi close to metro and a buzzing Monday bazaar. Clean and comfortable room with AC and overhead fan. Friendly and efficient service. Very enjoyable local fare for breakfast and good order - in room service for evening meal. As we didn't want eat in our room, we were willingly accommodated in the breakfast restaurant. Local isn't the only breakfast offering but we opted for local - when in Delhi... We are booked for a return visit and look forward to our next stay.... More

    Hotel was our 1st night stop in India, great value for money,nice bed, tidy room good staff, food very good and tasty , all in all great value for price.Hotel is also in good locationnot to far from many of the main sights... More

    Ok I have to start by saying that the staff in this hotel is super friendly , attentive , polite and helpful , always with a smile in their face and ready to assist you at any time. Now the rooms are ok , the toilet uhmm could be a bit more improvement there , they are dirty ! a good scotch brite with detergent and am sure In can even leave them clean !!! I guess they are not that interested in that , there were very small cockroaches in the room and oh well ..... maybe is the saying what u pay is what u get ... ?! but still a bit more cleaning and am sure they will do better ..... breakfast buffet was good , at dinner we were told that the cook was sick so they went and bought food for us from outside , so we better go out and eat somewhere. good luck everyone!...     With one exception the staff here didn't smile once during our 3 night stay, in fact they were quite rude and unhelpful. Our booking was messed up, despite booking and paying for 2 rooms they tried to place two of us on the one room. The air con didn't work properly, the towels were torn and dirty, there was no hot water and the breakfast is just passable. On the positive, the rooms were of a good size and the Wi-Fi worked well. The location is reasonably central in a dirty little street. You could do better with a bit of research.... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
