    I'll start by saying that the hotel is pretty good value for money, but it has a few things that need looking at. We stayed for 3 nights and by the end of our stay we were quite happy to be moving on. We arrived to be 'greeted' by a female receptionist who didn't really care about her job, or helping us check in. We did encounter a very nice male member of staff on the desk in the few days after however. The room we stayed in looked lovely, had good fixtures and fresh sheets but it was located next to the entrance staircase and main door to the restaurant - with people coming in/out at all hours and doors slamming it was a noisy place to stay. This wasn't made any better by a wedding taking place in the hotel next door on one night, meaning we were kept awake until about 4am! The room was also really dirty, especially the bathroom which was absolutely covered with hair - I'm glad the hotel provided free slippers! We had a free breakfast with our stay and can honestly say the quality of this varied hugely. I tried three of the options during our stay and portions were generally very small, the food tasted ok but was quite dry and not really of a particularly good standard. The restaurant staff really didn't seem to care about the hotels guests and were quite rude. To top things off, every morning the restaurant was filled with blaring trance music... not exactly a peaceful breakfast! I don't think I'd stay here again unless changes were made. To me it seems like the restaurant owners decided to bolt a hotel onto their business without getting any training into how to run a hotel. A bit of polishing and this could be a nice place.     My girlfriend and I recently stayed for 3 nights while visting family and friends. The hotel itself was pleasent, quiet and perfectly situated in the city centre. The receptionist was kind and made our arrival very welcoming. They also include breakfast which is nice, although we would'nt recomend the english breakfast as all the ingreadients are'nt "typical" english products so it was'nt what we were expecting. Apart from that the experience catered to our every need. And on the plus side we both got a great nights sleep due to the amazingly comfortable bed! ... More

    The food is good, the rooms are very comfortable and well equiped. The service is really good with friendly staff. The only downside I would see is that the building facilities are very crouded. All in all I liked this hotel, and I recommend it.... More

    Very nice surprise in the centre of Pitesti. I would never say that there can be so nice accomodation in Romania. It is a little hotel with only 9 rooms, but very cozy and nice equipment. You can see everywhere that there were used quality materials with focus on each detail. Hotel does not provide free buffet for breakfast (because of low numner of guests), but can choose from 5 types of breakfast you wish to have (english, italian etc.). Big plus is own restaurant on the backside of the hotel and free parking in a back-yard.... More

    Very good hotel, small rooms, no elevator

    Cosy hotel in the heart of the city, good breakfast and friendly staff could have been perfect but the rooms are small and there is not elevator nor ramp for disabled. May be these inconveniences matter to some people. The soundproof is excellent, good amenities in room and bathroom. All in all this hotel is a good choice and I do recommend it.... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.

  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
