    Hotel booking done by a rather unknown entity, came across while searching for my regular staying place. But the overall experience was quiet bad. Check was handled good. Then followed ordeal for next 3 days. No hot water on late night of day one. Dont get tea before 7.30 in the morning. Breakfast was said to be complementary, but was charged on all days. I was told they have seperate menu for complimentary b/f. Menu was not in the room. B/F served in the room. Upma served on first day was just short of fluid. Last day I had 2 tea served in the room, but was charged for whooping 6 tea. No one even checked back overcharging. Room and furnishing was good. But had only one 3 pin socket. One more is advisable. No writing table in the room. @ 1800/ hotel dose not provide news paper in the room Bathroom fittings were unclean. Sink tap was loose. No bath soap stand. Will not stay again or recommend to stay.... More

    I had booked a Royal deluxe A/c room in this hotel. They offered me a good rate for the stay. They have a parking facility. Hotel is close to Riverfront. There are no good stalls or restaurants nearby. Room was not that good as the name suggests"royal deluxe ac room". Room was not neat and not clean and sofa was dusty. No proper housekeeping maintained for the room. Bathroom was dirty and stained. The mug provided was broken. They have a restaurant "Riviera" on the first floor but you have to make payment to the restaurant itself and no billing could be linked to the hotel room billing. I was told that breakfast was available at room service but for lunch/dinner, there is no room service provision. At the hotel reception, it was mentioned 15% discount on a-la-carte basis order, at "Riviera" but I was not offered the discount. When asked upon at the reception, why such a discount was not offered he was speechless and did not have any answer.... More

    One of the best hotel on ashram road, every time I use to book this hotel for my relatives who come from abroad. People working their are very much helpful in each and every moment when required. Food they serve is truly very tasty and delicious. I recommend you to try dal fry with jeera rice to get amazing taste. Housekeeping team works 24x7 with all responsibilities. This hotel is situated opposite to the famous Dinesh Hall located in the heart of Ahmedabad. Ideal for corporate and leisure stay alike, this hotel has 32 A/C rooms which are beautifully designed with modern amenities. Rudraksh, a spacious conference hall is equipped with modern facilities and can accommodate 100 to 150 persons for an official gathering. The property is also maintained with free parking zone.


Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 10 AM, Check-out Time is 10 AM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
